My JumpCloud Review compared to other authentication provider
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about JumpCloud to me is the provision of a centralize platform to manage all the devices and users access within my network environment with zero-worries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that JumpCloud doesn't support Chrome OS and that makes it difficult for me to authentic employees using Chromebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is now easy for me to centrally connect my on-prem resources such as databases and other application with the resources in the could environment.
I had an experienced when trying to manage disperate systems within my network with Active Directory which resulted in delays in getting work done and meeting up deadlines but ever since I started using JumbCloud I can easily spin up and authentic devices and users with Zero Trust Principles in my network.

I love Active Directory, no setup, and installation required.

lack of applications control, log consolidation

I recommend JumpCloud to anyone looking for a centralized platform to manage Active Directory, Ldap, Device enrolment, and access management

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates seamlessly with myriad applications and is easy and secure to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The TTL for the session is relatively short — but maybe that's a setting I have not explored yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO logins for applications, which in turn improves security across the employee lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, minimal configuration, centralised control
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of automation. No CLI option. We page access can only be automated using the plugin. Without that Integarting with DevOps will be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-Cloud authorization and policy enforcement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Centralized, managed services, active directory as a service.
This is really fully cloud and an awesome replacement for the competition
What do you like best about the product?
We have had some issues with Microsoft's active directory, such as log in on failure and even policy issues, and even database issues, but so far, I have not had any of these issues with Jump Cloud. The Alacarte style pricing is super!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm used to having third-party solutions like Prisma cloud do my securing for me, but so far, I have not been able to integrate, and I don't want to rely on what is provided by Jump cloud. Although I am not complaining because it seems everything is alright with their zero trust policies. Other than the ability to integrate third-party security solutions, I have no other dislikes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jump cloud has offered our company a robust way to solve our directory as a service issue because, as we speak, we can go up or down easily and also save cost, and this is so much easier to accomplish when we compare it with our previous solution. since we also do consulting, it has also made our work easier because we know how to solve DAAS issues as it relates with our clients

The experience is seamlessly better than using the famous competition, do not hesitate, you will be hooked on it after a concise while
Easy to use - robust in features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy it is to configure and use the SSO features and that it ties all of our software platforms to one platform for our clients to access and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use a few more integrations in the SSO platforms.

We love the password management and the ability to track when our users are not following protocol.

The command line function needs some work.

Software management lacks versus other products, especially for Windows.
