A Good Cloud Product for Testing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that Jump cloud is not too complicated and does not have too many options either.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interface for the admin UI could do with a refresh or update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Jumpcloud for the majory of my testing but also use it it manage some laptops.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would encorage anyone who is looking for a cloud product to test AD & SSO to take a look at this

What do you like best about the product?
The Windows integration is very useful. Other services seem to require a separate Windows password.
What do you dislike about the product?
First 10 users are free, but once you hit 11 you have to pay for all 11 users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helped with user setup and deactivation along with ease of use for users since they only had to remember one password.

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud has provided a solution that met and continues to meet our use case perfectly, as well as provides us so much more. The admin console and features allow us to manage our growing user population and tech stack effectively. Jumpcloud also allows us to remotely adminster our DaaS for our globally distributed users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more enhancements to the MDM offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Jumpcloud, we did not have an enterprise Directory solution in place. Users were local administrators on their machine, and we could not enforce security policies effectively. Jumpcloud was a game-changer for us for security as well as alignment to our industry regulatory requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
The connectors to Microsoft, Google and the Ldap server
What do you dislike about the product?
No major problems, maybe some lack of logs to help debugging

It saves the creation of 10/15 accounts in different web apps we use internally
Powerful and User-friendly Cloud Directory
What do you like best about the product?
Google Workspace integration and the ability to escape from MS AD
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides to JC are cost and the addition of another platform to manage. However, the additional platform simplifies management in some environments, so that's a wash at worst - you have to evaluate your environment and workflow to figure out if JC is a net win (if you're looking into it, it probably is).

Jumpcloud's cloud RADIUS allows 802.1x WLAN authentication using Google Workspace credentials.
Windows agent allows us to use Google credentials for Windows authentication.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are moving from AD to Google Workspace for more of your management and AAA, one of the Workspace license levels may have all the features you need; if not, or if you need to hybridize between directories, Jumpcloud is probably the best way to bridge the gap. If you need cloud directory management for a distributed environment, JC is a great way to escape the bounds of local AD.

how secure and easy is to set MFA and access control even from remote sessions.

until now I haven't found any dislikes I have used Jumpcloud for years now.

Secure Identity, MFA and remote access control done in a very safe way.

3. you cannot set the last working day
4. cannot auto-disable account on last working day
5. You cannot send an encrypted password link
6. You can force change the password, but it won't take you to a change-password page for the new users; you need to log on to the portal, and then it gives a pop-up to change the password.
7. The Powershell output for work city is difficult to get
8. You cannot use JC Powershell output and directly process it for reports. It requires manual intervention
9. Add on attributes doesn't show correctly in Powershell

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not need to worry about joining multi-platform devices since this supports Linux, MAC, and Windows. It integrates well with O365; hence we do not have to worry, and It's scalable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the next big thing. If you need to migrate to Oncloud with Device management capabilities, then this is the tool for you.
As of now, you may not be able to 100% replace the software center or (SCCM), but in the future, you might. We can deploy softwares after installing the Jump Cloud agent and binding the devices, and I'd say that is as close as it can get to Software Center. If you are looking to manage devices and you don't want to spend for AD, DC's, Licenses, and other On-prem infrastructure, then this is the tool you need. Just go for it!

The directory that just works!
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud drastically reduced the time we spent inventorying computers, unlocking computers from forgotten passwords, and setting up new profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The policy management does not have everything we are looking for but it gets by.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We realized Jumpcloud made a vast improvement with was user assignment to computers, managing policies for security, and deploying applications. Jumpcloud has made a substantial efficiency improvement for our team because now we don't have to do these things manually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a cloud solution to identity management then JumpCloud is easily the way to go
