Easy Directory Setup with Tons of Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Managing users and establishing access to resources is incredibly easy. Enforcing password aging is also super simple. In addition, setting up devices with policy enforcement works well. I especially like the reporting on all aspects of policies created, which allows a quick reference to confirm policies have been applied or to alert me when a policy has failed for some reason.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see greater flexibility within the "Commands" feature. For example, it would be nice if I could create a command with a user or device variable, which could be applied to multiple machines at once. Instead, commands require these to be explicitely defined in each command, making them very narrow in scope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has incredibly simplified user and device management, especially in the post-COVID world. Users are often not at the workplace, so previously changes would not be realized until the user returned to the office. Now, changes are instantly pushed out the next time a user authenticates or a device "checks in".

Be sure to read and follow the Getting Started guide. Pay careful attention to Best Practices as well, these will make your life easier!

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly GUI and steps to add APPs and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention, its a very good tool for sign-on authentication

Multifactor authentication. Simple to implement and secure

I'm a big fan of how easy it is for the Remote access to b used and demonstratred to new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of search options for Jump Groups and Group Policies in the BeyondTrust Admin console.

Network connectivity issues.

A single pane of glass interface to our corp userbase.

The pricing model, extremely hard to justify vs built-in offerings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gave us easier management tools and integrations over in-house AD and is a lot more feature-rich than other cloud AD.

Access control and disk encryption are what helps us the most in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the topic of having to make scripts manually, the script base should be longer. However, the documentation they provide is excellent.

Protect information, especially now that our company operates 100% remotely.
It works, but not loveable
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud works. For my entire time with them, there was never a single outage that I can think of. We never regretted the choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team is using this to manage access to AWS. Every morning, we need to log in once in the terminal and once in the browser. Often, you need to repeat the same process in the late afternoon because the maximum time out is 12 hours. When things that you do every day are cumbersome, the experience is simply not loveable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing access to AWS infrastructure. It makes it easy to let people access AWS web console, SSH login, and so on.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use that lets the least technical pick it up in no time

The fact that youn may have to go through a couple of hoops before getting a setting created
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring of device use and overalll control of devices. Ability to send settings to any device without the need of the team coming in person

Not a bad option when you need something more than Active Directory

We have the ability to manage users computers remotely and not having to have on-site server. Security is also available with SSO.

getting the agent to consistently stay installed is a bit of an issue, the benefits are great

The best is that Jumpcloud contains everything a small business needs.

We required IDP only, jumpcloud works perfectly for that
