Well built but feels useless
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely robust, easy to use and integrates with popular services and standards nearly seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jumpcloud feels like a solution if you don't know what you're doing.
It unifies platforms that already have specific solutions and platforms that you probably won't need unifying at all.
It's like a tool for the disorganised in my opinion, but this is just for the environments I've worked in- there are significantly cheaper ways to implement what solutions Jumpcloud offers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only benefit I can see with Jumpcloud rather than just doing it yourself is that you've got a man in the middle for all your platforms and everything is pretty plug-and-play
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look into alternatives before picking JC, it's a good solution but for a problem you shouldn't have
Efficient and Accessible
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud makes working from home much more accessible and easier to manage company equipment and access.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud's interface is not as interactive and user-friendly at first, but after setting up and implementing, the experience improves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helped solve the connection between user and admin. I have realized the hoops admin/IT has to go through to prepare the user's equipment.

Ensure that your JumpCloud account is created, installed, and running on equipment before deploying to the user.

What do you dislike about the product?
-Lack of mainstream SSO support. There is a large number of applications that do not have Native SSO support with JumpCloud, but this is likely due to JumpCloud being relatively new.
-We have run into quite a few issues with canned SSO connectors with JumpCloud where they are not updated or missing documentation.
-No Native ADP integration
