Ease of setup and rollout across the company and ability to use on both Mac and PC

Wish pricing wasn't per device but rather tiered so that the cost didn't very with each new employee

accessible from everywhere and reaches everywhere. links every app imaginable including legacy LDAP nightmares.

needs better remote access tools. user enrollment can be slightly awkward with google. pretty minor

Very easy to implement; hence adoption rate is high. It's in the cloud, so no fuss over infrastructure.

There is some administration involved, but that out weights the competition.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about JumpCloud to me is the provision of a centralize platform to manage all the devices and users access within my network environment with zero-worries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that JumpCloud doesn't support Chrome OS and that makes it difficult for me to authentic employees using Chromebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is now easy for me to centrally connect my on-prem resources such as databases and other application with the resources in the could environment.
I had an experienced when trying to manage disperate systems within my network with Active Directory which resulted in delays in getting work done and meeting up deadlines but ever since I started using JumbCloud I can easily spin up and authentic devices and users with Zero Trust Principles in my network.

It integrates seamlessly with myriad applications and is easy and secure to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The TTL for the session is relatively short — but maybe that's a setting I have not explored yet.

Ease of use, minimal configuration, centralised control

Lack of automation. No CLI option. We page access can only be automated using the plugin. Without that Integarting with DevOps will be difficult.
