Active Directory Done RIGHT!
What do you like best about the product?
Managing user accounts and attributes easily across the entire domain

Password policies same across all users; forcing non-privileged users to change passwords more frequently

Making user manager extremely easy and straightforward to improve efficiency

frankly, there is nothing to dislike. it works and behaves the same as I expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is much better to handle LDAP's for users and to integrate a radius server, which up until now, was quite an issue

Easiest way to manage AD
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud does amazing job simplifying AD management for any organization. I took over Linux, Windows and Mac machines with their agent in a matter of seconds and everything has been extremely reliable so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I would like there to be a self-hosted option for this service, but I understand why they decided not to make one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synchronizing user accounts for a small organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple user/device connectivity. Visibility and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is not precisely visible how multiple policies will result on the user device.

What do you like best about the product?
Junpcloud has an easy integration and when the users are migrated it just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can become a bit unstuctured due to the lack of the whay to manage scripts in a more orderly fashin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding and ofbording works like a charm and we have the a mixed mac and windows environment so we can manage all from one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manage all our non-Microsoft devices, applications and platforms in one easy to use pane of glass. Feature rich and flexible. Exactly how all SaaS platform should be.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs start rto blow out as the deployment grows and becomes more complex.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to initialize and use. Excellent training and an easily accessible sales and tech team.

I want to be able to add scheduling to commands to ensure they run in off-production hours.

We are using JumpCloud as a Directory-as-a-Service product in a Mac environment and Radius for various shared network resources.
Great platform to simplify AD
What do you like best about the product?
Jump Cloud integrates quickly and easily with an extensive list of services. The 10 free users is also a great benefit for testing, documenting and demonstration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having AD based in the cloud does involve some inherent risk, but many of those risks still exists with on prem and are more expensive to mitigate with your own hardware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for an easy way to secure several devices and create an SSO option for a small group of users who are not tech savvy. JC allowed me to setup a simple to administer AD option that is available on and off net and integrate with several more applications than I originally expected to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give the 10 user account a try, it gives full access to the JC platform and is incredibly quick to setup.
JumpCloud saves me and my users working time every day, it saves my developers days of effort.
What do you like best about the product?
Wide protocol support, SAML OAuth LDAP and many others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs push MFA (due out Q2 2021 I think)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO across my organization and all my apps. It saves time for users and developers no longer need to write user management code, just integrate to a modern SSO solution like JumpCloud.
