Super great
What do you like best about the product?
Service has been great, they always answer my questions and promptly. Cruz has been great. My customer love the SSO experience with the computer. Less administration headache especially with password resets. Not a full DC and AD replacement but for most small companies this is a great option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you get the hang of it not much to dislike. I wish they had SAML alternative to Inter grate with more online services but Jumplcoud is more of a directory as a service. They have tutorials online for most implantations. I kinda of wish the administrator log in was easier to find. But that’s not a big deal at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small companies who need a access server for their computer and services but don’t have the money for a on premise Acrive DIrectory Services with Domain controller. It’s great alternative with great features including remote commands.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at what exactly your are looking for in a active directory, most features are in jump cloud but not all.

Jumpcloud jump off of unmanaged Mac OSX
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and management for Mac computers and being able to control access control without joining the mac to the domain which is not fun. Jumpcloud makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing that I didn't like about the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that was solved by using JumpCloud was to control Mac authentication and management. We have realized that Jumpcloud can do all of the things we wanted to do like single sign on and pushing of applications.
JumpCloud has provided everything that we need for AD / LDAP usage.
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has been a life-saving tool for our company. The system has provided us the flexibility to manage various systems through one authentication platform. The largest feature was the cloud management feature of all of our authentication services. We also used the RADIUS feature within our WiFi\VPN authentication to strengthen our wireless networks. Jumpcloud provided a solution here that was top-notch. We are able to connect LDAP into services such as Office 365, Slack, and other productivity tools with the build-in SSO connectors. The asset management, system binding, and SSO features are top of the line.
It has been a pleasure to work with the support team who have been able to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend this product to any company that needs this solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
The product has been an essential part of our network design. Although the benefits outweigh the constraints, there are a few things that we dislike. The accessible logs were a pain point for our team. Not having this ability caused us to look at other products to provide these types of insights. The user password recovery feature is something that we disliked about the product. When passwords expire, users are confused and are unable to reset their own passwords without the assistance of the admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that we need to solve were Windows AD and LDAP systems that required authentication throughout the enterprise. JumpCloud has been our solution for this problem with Windows, Macintosh, and Linux/Unix mixed environments. JumpCloud allowed for the centralization of our network authentication. The tool was also able to unify our network security through RADIUS with our existing network devices. This allowed our team to have a secure VPN tunnel throughout the network which extended into our datacenters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We would highly recommend this product for any company that has a mixed environment that needs centralized account management. The benefits that the tool provides outweigh some of the challenges that you may face within the organization. The JumpCloud support team provided step-by-step guidance during the setup phase of the project. Next, the support team provided direction and insights in setting up the SSO features with our vendors. Most of the connectors were built into the system with minimal effort from our technicians. Our advice to anyone looking to use the product is to reach out to a support person early with all questions regarding your use case.
Once you have established your needs, you will find out if the tool will work for your requirements. Our major requirements were security, mixed environment, ease of use, and cost. All of these metrics were met when we decided to move forward with the purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the perfect solution for remote work environment, great API docs, the toolkit to migrate AD rocks. Haven't tried yet the support department, but the sales people know their business, not just a cookie cutter based sales pitch.
What do you dislike about the product?
a little weird to setup mobile access code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THe posibility to replace AD fron winblows, it integrates very well even with MACOS

JumpCloud_Cloud Directory Platform for you
What do you like best about the product?
Jump Cloud's Cloud directory is great where you can manage all your infra resources during directory protocol existing integration as well as to create a new one with the help of JUMPCLOUD. Features like Single Sign-ON, Multifactor Authentication, and Life Cycle Management are the best of JumpCloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as to dislike I did not find anything which is could consider as dislike but yes there are chances of improvement and I am sure in the coming release JUMP Cloud Team would work on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you are an administrator in a multi-cloud vendor environment and getting frustrated with doing the daily routine task and many authentications can be done from one place rather remember multiple password and user names
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I advice to multi cloud companies give a try to solve many issues with one solution JumpCloud
Recommended for managing different identity providers.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to connect multiple ID providers, provides a good interface for viewing each user, a way to centralize MFA authorization, good organization for SSO with multiple identity providers, one click configurations to device policies,
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface can be a little confusing when viewing in a combined mode; SSO wasn't always intuitive to setup. Software management is limited to one provider at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our initial use in JumpCloud, we were jumbling two different cloud providers for services. We also had a mixed fleet of computers between Apple and PCs. Our use of Jumpcloud allowed us to consolidate these diverse platforms and centralize our user identities to prevent overlook and overlap between these platforms. It also allowed us to transition our Apple devices from another cloud managing service, reducing down the number of services we were using to manage such a diverse fleet. While we appreciated the flexibility and use of this platform when our company was smaller, as we grew, a business decision was made to select one cloud provider and move our fleet away from a mix of diverse computer types to one computer type. If we were still utilizing a mixed fleet and cloud providers, we would still be utilizing JumpCloud in our identity provider.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider JumpCloud if you are managing a diverse set of cloud providers and/or computer platforms in the same organization. Even if you are using it for one platform it will help in reducing your overall total time with one click services for provisioning users and easy SSO transitions.
Jumpcloud provides great directory services at an awesome price
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud's ease of use stands out. Also, the addition of services such as Radius puts them ahead of the pack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up Radius was a little difficult, but the documentation was good and I didn't have much trouble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a solution to provide a Radius server for a few clients. I was able to test this out on Jumpcloud for free. It was relatively easy to set up and is easy to maintain.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out -- it's free for up to 10 users and that's a great price :)
