    Non-Profit Organization Management

Easy to Use, Great Performance, and Helpful Support—Plus Solid Nonprofit Pricing

    Reviewed on Jun 09, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and remote options. I was able to integrate Microsoft 365, and the performance so far is great. I had a little bit of a hiccup on the onboarding, but support was able to help me resolve the issue. The AI integration helps with looking up information. Overall, the Price we got as a non-profit was a good deal compared to other solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an option to use M365 SSO when logging in to the JumpCloud admin console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud allows us to use one system to easy manage our org devices instead of using multiple solutions.

AI Chatbot Support Makes JumpCloud Easy to Learn and Saves Time

    Reviewed on Jun 08, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
As a self-taught IT manager, I really appreciate the AI chatbot support. It’s saved me a lot of time and made the learning curve for JumpCloud much shorter.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing can be a bit confusing. As a very small business, I sometimes get caught off guard by the high-water mark billing, and it makes it harder to manage a small number of devices while keeping that in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud has made it much easier for us to deploy security protocols, and it has definitely helped reduce our risk exposure. Our device security has improved significantly. The lost device recovery feature works great—we were actually able to locate and recover an iPhone using JumpCloud functionality. We’ve also benefited a lot from the credential management features, which are a strong fit for our use case.

Centralized Single-Pane Console with Useful Policies and Features

    Reviewed on Jun 02, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Centralized management console that brings multiple solutions together in a single pane of glass, with predefined policies and useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, the current data centre isn’t available for the India location, and the implementation process can sometimes take longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a single centralized management console, you can use multiple solutions such as IAM, device management, SaaS management, PAM, SSO, and MFA. This reduces the dependency on using multiple separate solutions and helps cut down on manpower, delivering a great ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like using JumpCloud for my day-to-day logins and keeping all my essential platforms in one place. It makes it easier to manage my systems and logins at the start of the day, allowing me to get started and get to the right places quicker. I also appreciate the safety of my passwords, which is massively beneficial for my role. The ease of access to my important apps, with just a single click, is another great feature. Additionally, the setup was really easy and straightforward, with no issues at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
    nothing comes to mind
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

JumpCloud Unifies Asset Management, Cloud LDAP, and SSO Seamlessly

    Reviewed on May 28, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how JumpCloud unifies asset management, Cloud LDAP, and SSO into a single platform. It eliminates the need for separate tools, making it seamless to manage our hardware assets while providing secure, centralized identity access to both legacy LDAP environments and modern cloud apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven't encountered anything that I dislike. If you take the time to familiarize yourself with the platform, you get to have all your management needs unified into a single online tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an IT Manager, in the past I had to use multiple different tools to accomplish what JumpCloud has now integrated for me. The main problem it solves is providing a single, unified console to manage my entire organization—from user access (SSO/LDAP) to devices (assets) and security. This drastically reduces complexity and saves me valuable time.

    Robust MDM with Seamless Onboarding

    Reviewed on May 27, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I find JumpCloud fairly easy to use, and the onboarding experience was good. The interface is fairly easy to navigate. Additionally, the ability to deploy scripts and custom MDM policies is really valuable. I also appreciate how JumpCloud brings together device management with a platform that improves how we manage SaaS applications through single sign-on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Macs is more challenging, probably due to how macOS is set up, which makes managing devices a bit difficult. Specifically, issues with encryption keys can be tricky. Plus, setting up ZeroTouch devices takes a long time before JumpCloud fully configures itself. The password reset process could also use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helps ensure devices meet our hardened build spec and compliance standards with antivirus and agent deployments. It provides logging and allows our IT team to give technical support, which is really useful for us.

The Ultimate MDM and Identity Solution for Mixed Fleets

    Reviewed on May 27, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Even though we might test Intune as a potential alternative, we are highly satisfied with JumpCloud. It fully delivers as an MDM for our entire fleet; it is secure, straightforward to configure, and has already prevented issues that would have otherwise escalated into critical security incidents without it.

The biggest advantage is its cross-platform capability, allowing us to seamlessly configure and manage both Windows devices and Apple endpoints, including both iPads and Mac computers, all from a single pane of glass.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our specific use case, it completely fulfills everything we need. If I had to mention something, I occasionally miss having a broader selection of software in their pre-configured installation whitelists (for instance, regarding ZIP file managers, I have only seen 7-Zip available).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solves our biggest challenge: centralized identity and device management across a split fleet of Windows and Apple hardware. Before implementing it, we faced security risks regarding local user control and unencrypted data.

Now, it allows us to enforce automated security compliance (such as BitLocker and FileVault encryption), safely manage employee offboarding, and ensure data protection protocols are strictly met across all our driving centers. The main benefit for us is total peace of mind and full visibility over our infrastructure from a single platform.

JumpCloud secures access to my backup management console and recovery system, solving the inefficient identity validation process across business applications.

Seamless Mac & Windows Management with Flexible Time-Limited Admin Access

    Reviewed on May 19, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of having both Mac and Windows without much difference in settings. I also really like the ability to give someone admin just for a specific length of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe some of the navigation. If I search for a user then go to their laptop and save a setting on there it is going to take me back to the user list instea d of leaving the device page open
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy onboarding with Jumpcloud and it's connections to our other services. Would like to get into more SSO applications.
