Good coverage for an MDM, with some caveats
What do you like best about the product?
Remote lock, wipe, tracking, loooooots of data on machines, policy/group based changes, as well and patches, update management, and integrated remote assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough granular control for apps on Macs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works well as out MDM, which is what we need it for.
An excellent Cloud Directory Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud enables us to manage our fleet of endpoints and keep our users secure. System insights allows us to view valuable information that helps us provide timely, well informed support.
What do you dislike about the product?
MDM Profiles could be more user friendly, so we are currently using a secondary solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud allows us to makes our users lives easier by providing an SSO solution. Jumpcloud allows us to enforce strict password conditions on our users accounts.
Packed full of features, half of which I can't wait to learn about
What do you like best about the product?
there are endless integrations, and after you understand what the basic requirements are they are all pretty simple to get set up and going. I'm a noob when it comes to SSO and security, especially with teams and groups, but jumpcloud made it pretty easy to get my first SSO up and running, and makes me excited to learn more about the sector. i now use it daily to access my various self-hosted web apps
What do you dislike about the product?
it's just a little confusing at first if you don't know what you're doing already, the way it's set up with the sidebar, and then logging in as admin vs. user. but i expected that, like anything else this secure and integrated, and i don't expect many people who don't know what they're doing to be using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the biggest problem was SSO, finding the right provider for the little that i needed, without going enterprise, was hard but jumpcloud was perfect for what i needed and made me want to learn more about the various services they offer.
Convenient User/Device Provisioning
What do you like best about the product?
It has been very easy to reassign computers to users and get them set up the way they need to go. We use them across platforms and it works pretty smoothly for all of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had some trouble ensuring that the agent was connected to the server. I could be blind, but I didn't see an easy way to attempt a reconnect of the agent on the admin portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud allows us to provision users across devices with ease, and if a user needs to be moved to a new device that process is quick and simple on the user side.
Jumpcloud is a great IdP and MDM solution
What do you like best about the product?
We utilize Jumpcloud heavily, using many of the tools that come with the service. We also like that they're always adding new useful tools to existing accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't really have any major complaints. Whenever a problem does arise, we reach out to Jumpcloud, and their support is always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is always adding new functionality. Sometimes it's something useful to us, sometimes not, but it's a good sign that they're always adding more functionality to the service.
Easy Identity and Device Management
What do you like best about the product?
That's an all in one tool for device management, identity management, software and policy deployment. I don't have to tinker with 7 different tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage Mac and Windows devices in one place. Easy remote management.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy implementation, just a superb system for cross platform identity managment, device management and much more, as new features arrive!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Jumpcloud Agent doesn't support Windows ARM devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solves so many issues: centralised patch management, password policy implementation, SSO, conditional access the list goes on. I would be lost without it.
Of course it could be better but in the time I've used it I have seen noticable improvement and many new features. I wish it supported Windows on ARM devices but it seems I'm the only one cares about that so it's unlikely to happen. Otherwise, it is excellent.

JumpCloud helps not just like MdM
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has a simple interface. Today we don't use it as iDP, but as MDM. One thing we use a lot is the great possibility to govern our devices via API.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any major annoyances, maybe we have to understand that the product is more oriented to StartUps and not to big companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to govern our devices. We achieve this seamlessly, regardless of the platform.
Comprehensive directory and endpoint management for SMB
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is an extremely well documented, fantastic support, and comprehensive solution for SMB. Combines IAM and endpoint management. Easy to integrate for the most part. Certificate management is well documented. Dashboards are useful. I use this tool more frequently than most as it has the most features in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prices have risen. A la carte keeps pushing at the seams of tiered pricing.

IAM. SSO. MDM. Endpoint management.
