What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jump Cloud is its centralized user and device management. The multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds that extra layer of security, which is crucial for preventing unauthorized access. ease to use and customer support is very best. i daily use and maybe most of the time we using jump cloud as my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Especially for smaller companies or those with a large number of users. Some businesses may find the pricing a bit on the higher side compared to other directory and identity management solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized Directory Management:
Before JumpCloud, we had multiple systems for managing users, permissions, and devices. Now, we have everything in one place. It's much easier to onboard new employees, manage their access to various tools, and quickly update permissions as roles change.

Easy to set up and manage and Good support and resources so overall experience is very good.

pricing can get expensive according market other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it was essential for us to have a centralized platform to manage user access, devices, and security policies, and Jump Cloud fits perfectly. We now have full control over our employees' devices, whether they’re in the office or working remotely. This has been particularly helpful in enforcing security policies and ensuring our data remains protected. The platform is reliable, secure, and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
IT's very simple to use, and we only need 2 months to deploy in each system and conduct daily meeting with jumpcloud support team. jumpcloud have lots of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times issues with mac agent, but over all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
may policies we applied with using jump cloud like encryption and password policy and wallpaper change and using jump cloud we support my team using remote support option it's very helpful for every person in IT. user to device to bind and then applied different types as we required.

What do you like best about the product?
Single Sign-On, easy manage to all users, device and SSO in one Portal

Android interface just not provide enough information to do the troubleshooting

all SSO login using the same password. We also can remove Active Directory in future
Ease of use, user friendly and I like the simplicity. Great UI also.

A perfect cloud directory platform to replace the Windows AD

I like the JumpCloud Dashboard. It was easy to use and had a great UI.
It was more easy to do user directory management by using the JumpCloud instead of Windows AD. Agent installation and policies are easy to configure and implement. As for the SSO integration, it had a lots of available configuration application template and you also can do the custom configuration. JumpCloud support was a top tier!

What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of the JumpCloud for me are the MDM management for the Android Devices. There are not much report that I can produce within the JumpCloud admin portal for the Android devices. The report produce for Windows and MacOS are much better compare to Android devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud simplifies user management for me. I just need to manage and configure user account using one single dashboard. The unified endpoint management really solve the users complexity problems. They now can just use one single password for their devices, email and also Teams. Beside that , they also can reset their on password. It simply reduce my workload and users complaint.

Lack of Dashboards and functions are usually commited with missing basic solutions

JumpCloud with features for centrelized identity management with single sign-on
What do you like best about the product?
It offers good features that allow us to have everything at hand to manage access to identities, execute scripts, and manage user directory numbers. I also like the automation of user cycles and the management of mobile devices, and finally, the support team is always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that Ive had some issues with reporting and device management.

This software called JumpCloud is ideal, it solves many problems, especially in individual access management, unified endpoints, and cloud directory services. It is excellent for obtaining single access to different resources and managing users and devices with great ease.

IT's remote support is best and easy to access and many feature in remote support 3 types of support available and we applied different different type of policy applies on system according to requirement .
