Jumpcloud provides centralized access and management.

Its very cost effective and even the free version has many features, It has MFA, Easily integrates Active Directory, UI is very user friendly.

Customer service can be a bit slow sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
If you are in the it industry and have the use case of access management for users and devices.
It is very easy to use to access and implement it. Integration is also very easy as you just need to add the jump cloud services in the server and you are good to go. We use jumpcloud very frequently as it is implemented all of our enviorments. Customer support is also easy to reach and understands if required.

The UI is easy to understand but takes some time to get into it.
It is a cloud based service so can be difficult for full on premessis implementation.

Jumpcloud is a great replacement for old access management tools as it replaces the complex implementation of old tools.

I like how you can easily manage company-owned devices, with great user experience and minimal effort.

I don't dislike anything but I would like that a few functionalities are improved such as having more dashboards for visualisation

It's easy to deploy jumpcloud, the ui is easy to understand. Compared to intune it's simple.

I wish out of the box would work with no need for auto-pilot from Microsoft

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most useful about JumpCloud is its versatility, how we can solve users' problems quickly, and I also like the device panel where we can manage the equipment through it. Also, its incredibly fast customer support. We have been using it frequently since its implementation and have not had any issues.

Currently, I have nothing to complain about regarding the use of JumpCloud.

It is helping us a lot with the management of the employees' equipment and the user who is allocated to the machine.

I think jumpcloud is very practical and I use it alot. Easyness of use, clean UI and easy to set up new computers. Supports answers quickly. The program is easy to use.

There are no downsides. I've had a positive experiece so long.

It has simplified sso use between google and microsoft setting up computers and has enhanced security.

does exactly what it promises. I really like the MDM option, to manage devices, notebooks, and mobile devices, update policies.

Whenever I have to search for a person's name, the response is very slow and sometimes it only works by searching through email.

Resolve the issue of access by centralizing it on a single platform, thus facilitating the management of users and computers.
