One of the best systems in the field
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most useful about JumpCloud is its versatility, how we can solve users' problems quickly, and I also like the device panel where we can manage the equipment through it. Also, its incredibly fast customer support. We have been using it frequently since its implementation and have not had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I have nothing to complain about regarding the use of JumpCloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us a lot with the management of the employees' equipment and the user who is allocated to the machine.

What do you like best about the product?
I think jumpcloud is very practical and I use it alot. Easyness of use, clean UI and easy to set up new computers. Supports answers quickly. The program is easy to use.

There are no downsides. I've had a positive experiece so long.

It has simplified sso use between google and microsoft setting up computers and has enhanced security.

does exactly what it promises. I really like the MDM option, to manage devices, notebooks, and mobile devices, update policies.

Whenever I have to search for a person's name, the response is very slow and sometimes it only works by searching through email.

Resolve the issue of access by centralizing it on a single platform, thus facilitating the management of users and computers.

JumpCloud is solving the challenge of managing users, devices, and access control across a hybrid IT environment without relying on traditional on-premise directory services like Active Directory. It provides a cloud-based identity and device management solution, allowing for seamless user provisioning, SSO authentication, and policy enforcement across Windows, macOS, and Linux devices.

Great for bringing a small-to-mid team up to speed with ISO compliance
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me and my team meet security and IT requirements for our upcoming ISO27001 certification such as enforcing disk encryption, screen lock etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any right now, it exceeds my expectations.

Our team is undergoing ISO27001 audits and certification. Jumpcloud is proving crucial in bringin all company owned devices, BYODs, and accounts, under single pane of glass management. It helps us enforce all the required policies.

Jumpcloud is a great partner that we can highlight for delivering quality service by providing secure LDAP access, integration of Office 365 accounts and MFA.

Jumpcloud is a good service, I have nothing against it!

Jump Cloud has allowed us to be more effecent with our clients and we like the ability to control devices and user access and the ability to push out apps without having to be remoted into the machine.

Have not found anything yet that we have not liked.

I've been a JumpCloud admin for 3+ years, and it just keeps getting better!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that JumpCloud allows me to centrally manage so many aspects of our IT environment from a single place, including SSO, MFA, MDM, network device access, employee directory, and more. It just continues to expand and I'm excited to see where it will go next!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since JumpCloud is a "new"ish platform (particularly in the MDM world), some documentation/support can be a little bit lacking compared to some of the longer-standing players like jamf and Addigy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining IT services into one place, allowing us to incorporate both Windows and Mac devices into our fleet with a platform-agnostic MDM, simplifying user sign-on experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The MDM (Mobile Device Management) capabilities allow me to configure, monitor, and secure all our endpoints remotely. Whether it’s pushing updates, enforcing security policies, or troubleshooting issues, JumpCloud makes it effortless.

Occasional service outages. Rare, but impactful.

Junk cloud helps us manage our Mac devices and Windows devices in one place. We also utilize it for patch management for all devices.
