Best LDAP Service Ever
What do you like best about the product?
The LDAP services is super in Jumpcloud. Very easy to set up compared to normal techniques. Moreover It also supports LDAPS as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is if you are new to it it might take some time to famarilize with it

Its mobile device management is best. Also the admin console is simple and easy to navigate

Mobile management features for iOS and Android are more basic and don't offers as much control as the tools available for managing desktop device

MFA only supported the Auth app, which is not fully supported.

Geo location, Single sign in gain and again I don't want to give password . I love this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Based on my opinion who work in Cybersecurity area, i would say that using Jumpcloud is like you are using new saas application that have many security features that include zero trust. Other than that i would say Jumpcloud cheaper than other solutions that given same features such as AD functionality, IAM, IDP, Device Management, MDM, software directories etc. But most think about Jumpcloud that i think is crazy which it support for most of the os and device including android and ios, and I can remotely configure the device from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be fair in critism, what i dislike for this product is their lack of customer support in term of the person incharge. Imagine i have a big number of client that have almost twenty thousand of endpoint and when there were issues happened and i want to request support for them, it took almost more than hours to get support.
Other than that, there are some bugs that happen during the implementation and deployement such as, when you want to reset password, the 2FA code doesnt reflected and got error message when key in the number.
Next the critical bug i have found that, when the end user copy something from their end, at somehow i paste something in the powershell window in jumpcloud, the end user copy things appears at my side.
I hope jumpcloud can fix that issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the time jumpcloud make my life easier by remote the end user device without going to their desk or place. Other than that, everything is centralized in Jumpcloud. From password management, AD, LDAP, SSO, Radius, Device management and MDM have help me a lot in this field. Let say the end users doesnt do some policy in their end device, i can simply push some policy using AD in jumpcloud and if one of the user their device that connected to MDM jumpcloud and their phone is missing i can relocate their devices.

What do you like best about the product?
I like JumpCloud because it offers a lot of power and easy access to applications, plus and intuitive and flexible interface. I also like the user management, single sign-on and its ability to address our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is definitely a good software and I see nothing negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves multiple problems as a home directory for identify and access management and account linking. It also allows us to control all user accounts and cloud directory services, plus we can transfer administrative burdens and all that works very well.

What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience using the JumpCloud, since it is fully cloude based. Some complex automation scripts cannot be implemented due to device local admin cannot be overide which requires highly customized workflows or access.

As with any cloud-based service, security is a paramount concern, though jumpcloud has robust measures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud ULM solves an major solution to what our organization has been having a challenge with with growth.
Wonderful, Very Useful IT tool for cloud management of User access and authentications for clients.

seemless implemation, customer support for solving client password issues , ease of intergration of password rotation, and ease of use for transfering one client to jumpcloud.

It's solving a managment issue and security issues that we could have had with other service's. It gives us a ease of managment of MDM's and strong seemless workflow for employees to aide clients and manage there accounts.
