It's relatively easy to get started and the agent installation is also convenient，If there are any issues that require technical support, the response speed for creating cases is also acceptable

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the JumpCloud is much it simplify the life of IT teams. That's why it's the best solution for organizations looking for a MDM solution. Already having a lot of features and adding new ones time to time, the list of features growing everyday. Even after so much to offer it is still so easy to implement and manage. You can integrate everything from SSO Apps to Device integrations, from IAM to SaaS management it's all you want to make your life easy.

1. Patch management could have been batter.

What do you like best about the product?
I like JumpCloud for its cost-effectiveness. It offers the items I need without having to pay for anything extra with their a la carte model. I also appreciate the cross-platform availability and seamlessness between Windows and macOS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more clear insights instead of just displaying data on the dashboard. I need insights into what the data is representing, along with trends and filtering options.

I use JumpCloud for cross-platform device management, policy management, and user management, ensuring a seamless experience.
Impressive Support and Security, Minor Financial Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate JumpCloud's technical support because every time I open a ticket, I know I will be receiving help in one hour at maximum. I also like the binding process, as it helps me ensure that all the devices we have are secure, especially by a password.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some difficulties renewing the contract we had. Maybe this financial process could be improved so it can be easier for the cybersecurity team to help manage this call.

Great experience, offering ease of use and valuable support in monitoring endpoint devices.

JumpCloud has been extremely helpful in efficiently managing our endpoint devices. Provides good customer support and have been easy to integrate to our existing infrastructure.

None, but just a feedback if you they can update the remote control to a fast and simplified version.

Since our workforce is 100% remote, JumpCloud allows us to access the documents securely and remotely.

It is a bit expensive for our small organization.
