Pretty Comprehensive but need few improvements for windows

What do you like best about the product?
-ease of use, setup, and comprehensive policies
What do you dislike about the product?
-Certain policy restrictions for windows are not working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-We use it to manage access to the internet and control and monitor devices remotely.

Reliable SSO platform

What do you like best about the product?
The SSO integration for desktop/laptop *just works* which is no small feat, especially on MacBooks. I never have to fiddle with it or get bricked laptops, even with Secure Tokens and FileVault. Cloud LDAP also works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're a M365/Windows company, you'll get less mileage out of it since you already have Entra ID which can do many of the same things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single Sign-on to Saas platforms and local machines, integrated in one platform. It works well for what it does, although it doesn't quite have all the features of some of its competitors like Okta.

What do you like best about the product?
We love all the features that this tool offers to us. Yes it comes with a price but thats how it is nowdays!
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing, maybe to have some better discounts would be beneficial for everyone who uses this tool and does not want to get rid of it...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we decided to use JumpCloud, we were using different tools in order to manage our overall needs to run the company. Now we have all the needed features in one tool. As i said the price for user and for the extra features are worth it

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to manage users and devices in one place. The setup was simple and it saves us time every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some pages load slowly and few settings are hard to find at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud helpsus manage users and devices without needing multiple tools it's easy to give access, remove users, and keep things secure this saves us time and makes our work organized.

Reliable MDM solution

What do you like best about the product?
The deciding factor for us to choose JumpCloud over the competitors was the fact that we needed support for multiple OSs—MacOS, Windows, and Linux. No other solution at that time provided such a possibility at such a reasonable price.

The setup was simple, and integration with our other systems was smooth.
Our employees install the JumpCloud agent from day 1.

The solution provides us with a 360-degree overview of our device fleet: from a user perspective, from the device perspective, general insights, and much more. You can assign pre-created or custom policies to devices or device groups.

We did not have many issues with them: we set it up once, and it's just working. We contacted support only one or two times for the last 4 years, and the response was quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here. JumpCloud provides a whole bunch of features we do not use, which is awesome. If you need them, there is a great possibility to have a full control of your devices and apps in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our MDM solution. We know that our devices are controlled and protected. This is especially important when working remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
That everything IT related is centralised in one solution
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of features that can easily be implemented and make the admins workflow easier

Jumpcloud does not solve a particular problem but it centralised 3-4 different tools in one successfully.

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is a platform that is easy to use and easy to implement. We have a lot of in house softwares that we have to integrate with jumpcloud and the integration is always fast and simple
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that i would like if jumpcloud have is a interface for request access. I need to buy and implement another software that have this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot on clients that require by contract that we have a strong data security polycies, and jumpcloud help us do that, as well as user managment in our own softwares that we use internaly

What do you like best about the product?
I think due to the API usage and automation we do - that seems to stand out for us
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think if it but I think perhaps the commands? I dont use it excessivly but I would say some times when i used it, it was a little confusing esp when it is linked to multiple devices or groups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly access control and setting up agents for linking and managing work stations. I know some people in our Infrastructure team also use it for servers (windows and linux)

What do you like best about the product?
SAML integration with a vast array of apps
What do you dislike about the product?
Device management is a bit clunky to enroll, especially for Macs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple applications that require authentication and 2FA, using JumpCloud users only need to rememberne password and one 2FA setup to be able to access a pether of our resources. PReviously each invidiual app needed a password and 2FA code which is more hasle for the users and IT when password resets are required.
