Provide ease to use a secured connection
What do you like best about the product?
I like the environment of Jumpcloud where it gives a centralized space for connection of devices and other resouces which is easy to use. I was able to easily integrate Jumpcloud with the other applications that are used in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall my expirience with Jumpcloud is great but still initially, it can be a bit complex to navigate or implemented by someone who is not from technical background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me in solving the problems like secured remote access by everyone and controlling the accessing while limiting it to only use by the employees of the company, which makes it easier to secure the data sent over applications like email.

What do you like best about the product?
The issue of being able to set up multiple accounts on it and the security it provides for devices (MDM)
What do you dislike about the product?
The points I identified may perhaps be internal failures and not of JumpCloud itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we used AD and for everything, the person had to access via SSO. Today, we don't need it anymore.

Way to verify users and MFAs, and a very simple and easy panel

Password criteria, I find it somewhat weak and confusing

We removed the AD and today we have MDM control

Good User management is good and it is easy to create policy and the device gets updated on time and there are many other features which we liked a lot, that's why we like it.

no dislikeAccording to me it is not a delicacy, it is only beneficial, there are some things which will get fixed after the update, it is very good now

What do you like best about the product?
All the Device Logs and security in a single console which also allows me for MDM and also SSO, Device Insights

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Feature like Locking, restarting, Shutdown and Erase option through the console also helps in securing the laptop at the time of theft or abscond employees. This allows us to keep the data safe.

Supporting multiple operating systems makes JumpCloud highly adaptable, which is great for businesses with diverse infrastructure or remote employees who work on different devices.its ease to use and nice customer support.its integration will happen in few steps.

JumpCloud simplifies managing user identities across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications. Instead of juggling multiple tools for various operating systems or cloud services, JumpCloud provides a single platform, making administration more streamlined and reducing the time spent on account setup, deactivation, and password resets.

What do you like best about the product?
Most secured software for work profiles as having experienced in my college period and the only person holding the authenticator can log in the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the authenticator is required only one device can be logged in the same for using one profile and it will be painful to ask for top everytime.

That does not have an asset management system at all subscriptions, needs to add some features to remote access

JumpCloud is an excellent solution for Identity, Access and Device management.
