Been using Jumpcloud for about 5 or 6 years and it is an amazing AD as a Service
What do you like best about the product?
I think due to the API usage and automation we do - that seems to stand out for us
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think if it but I think perhaps the commands? I dont use it excessivly but I would say some times when i used it, it was a little confusing esp when it is linked to multiple devices or groups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly access control and setting up agents for linking and managing work stations. I know some people in our Infrastructure team also use it for servers (windows and linux)

What do you like best about the product?
SAML integration with a vast array of apps
What do you dislike about the product?
Device management is a bit clunky to enroll, especially for Macs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple applications that require authentication and 2FA, using JumpCloud users only need to rememberne password and one 2FA setup to be able to access a pether of our resources. PReviously each invidiual app needed a password and 2FA code which is more hasle for the users and IT when password resets are required.
Easy, Simple GUI to manage all the Devices
What do you like best about the product?
Technically very Usefull and easy to understand the Setting and Controlls. All Devices can be managed with mobile apps or browsers. easy customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to say, totally impressed with all the features with satisfied performance.

I like this platform because it offers password management features and is easy to run scripts on windows servers. I also like the single user interface panel and its ease of use.

It is a good platform and so far no problems.

I consider it a very beneficial platform for different needs, especially for managing our users and passwords and incorporating security models, and it gives us a lot of confidence.

Having implemented this toolin our company is really great, not only for the IT department but also for the end user.
It is helping us daily with out tasks, making posisble to manage devices and users, idistibuting different apps on different systems, and settings policies for different user groups

What do you dislike about the product?
We have been having issues with some features, like rmeote connection, and also adding some custom apps to the list on jumpcloud..We have contatced support and explained the situation and the needs of what can be added further to these features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Becuase of different reasons we moved out from AD, and decided to have all our deviceson Jumpcloud. That means we manage all our devices in JC now and also users that are imported from Personio.

Excellent Product for Windows and MAC
What do you like best about the product?
MDM is very easy now. managing both Windows and Mac become too convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with the apps sometimes is bit difficult

Hnadling the devices become very simple and controls are at the finger tips

What do you like best about the product?
1. Lightweight tool to handle Remote location machines in smooth way. 2.This tool has similar features like domain activities so we achieved most of the security policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Features like powershell and command prompt activites taking long time to respond.

We have lots of Endpoints which are are connected with our company domain. Using this jumpcloud tool we have installed on all endpoints with help of user and managing like domain machines and implemented all the standard security policies. so we feel like this tool is very benefit to remote assets handling.

Mainly device managemnt and comliance with the security standards such as ISO 27001and SOC 2
Good cloud consultant provided the cloud solution equivalent to a human.
What do you like best about the product?
I can obtain cloud IT resources and cloud solutions easily online without needing a third-party cloud consultant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Promote the SALES if I request any cloud solution based on the priority of the customer's request. Improve Web, Chat, and phone support, including Tracking support cases.

I have obtained the solution from Jumpcloud for AWS cost optimization of my AWS service.
Example:
1. Automatically shut down and start the AWS services.
2. For performance, migrate to automatically upgrade the instance type and downgrade the AWS services.
