What do you like best about the product?
You can make sure that your account is mostly secured and it can be only operatable by you only, which is a very important scenarios for the your daily wise activities on a business account.
What do you dislike about the product?
More likely when the security is too tight it comes up with some compliance also as it will be not easy for all users who are not aware of the new and modernization technology.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great solution to manage MacOS, Windows, and Linux endpoints. It's Directory-as-a-Service product is easy to implement and use. Jumpcloud's customer support is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the limitations with Single sign on are apparent compared to other competitors, but are improving over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves managing a remote first company. Tools like Remote assist and MDM help manage systems remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud’s MDM is a game-changer for keeping devices in check. It makes it easy to manage and secure all your devices in one place, no matter the mix of Macs, Windows, or others. The setup is straightforward, so you don’t have to be an MDM pro to get things running smoothly. It’s just a great way to keep everything organized and secure without the usual hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud could have a better solution for deploying software to MacOS. They have a great way of doing this for Windows devices already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to hire more technicians or analysts is the main one.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is a comprehensive solution for user identity management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Group Policy, and Active Directory. It stands out for its intuitive interface, making it easy to use and maintain. The platform provides a robust layer of security, which is crucial for enhancing our security stack. Additionally, JumpCloud helps us achieve compliance standards and adhere to best practices, ensuring that our organization remains secure and compliant. It is easy to learn and deploy and administer.

There honestly isn't anything I dislike.

Ablke to create cloud based Active directory for clients to achieve compliance standards and best practices along with SSO and remote access really stream lines our processes and enhancing our security

Very easy to deploy the solution for a cloud based LDAP. Easy config and setup

Docs are referenced and can use some additional detals but for the most part good.

Jumpcloud it's one of the easiest management tool to learn, quick to understand a really user/tech friendly, with a couple of minute into the app you understand how to work on it

It would be easier to work with if the Connection IP to remotes were displayed on the device info

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to control multiple MSP clients with little overlap with ease. Our company uses it daily and has sped up our workflow considerably.
What do you dislike about the product?
When changing passwords, it regularly logs users out of Microsoft and other sessions.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the way of standardizing access to the corporate environment in just one place, so we control access, password reset, and group addition here in IT all in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the ADM platform could have changes in its dashboard, improvements in the ways users search, and alteration of the users' names; their first names end up being last in the search and the full surname in front.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accesses, password reset, login unlocking for the equipment. Help by having everything in one place.
