Best used for Macs
What do you like best about the product?
How cooperative it is to use with all MACS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the amount of times users need to use jumpcloud to authenticate to most apps within a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving a lot of management issues we have for our MAC machines.
Very nice product to centralize IDM and MDM for small and mid size companies
What do you like best about the product?
I live that I can include MDM and IDM in one tool, without having to go the microsoft way. It works great with a diverse pool of devices and is not tied to any of them.
The tool is updated on a constant basis and it is easy to use and to implement.
I have used it both for a company of 150 to a company of 1500, so it scales well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to nest groups inside groups.
Remote desktop option, though it works, can be a bit laggy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WE can use one tool to centralize IDM and tie it to the MDM and loging to the machines for windows, mac and Linux. Very easy to manage the devices this way. We are in the process of making it our primary SSO as well.
Great Product for compliance
What do you like best about the product?
This has been a great tool to help move our network forward in compliance and get more security to our network.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometime be confusing working in the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giveing us compliance in MFA for all of our supported devices on our network.
Really Versatile Platform that makes a hybrid work environment easy to manage
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to Manage Windows and Mac OS on one platform. We are mostly Apple-based but rely on a few Windows machines that we need to keep secure. The policy management/Commands functionality has been a lifesaver for locking down these machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smart groups leave much to be desired. If they expanded upon better smart group logic and conditions, this would be such a game-changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing users to just use there jump cloud login for all of our platforms and keeping everything secure!
The best way to centralize the device security controls in one place
What do you like best about the product?
It is an all-in-one tool to manage your devices in a secured and automated manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The deployment requires a long study and testing to ensure all company security requirements are met and properly automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It avoids deployment several expensive tools and make it work together. (AD, SSO, OTP, etc)

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Integration with the Laptop and Mobile devices
What do you dislike about the product?
No support of report for device capture and customisation and also the policy exclusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO and IAM is present for integration of products, but only the authorisation is provided, no redirection of cookies captured from the integrated session and flagging it.

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud meets all the business needs of device management. It has mutliple security features, profiles, device support.
It integrates well with microsoft 365 and google workspace.It is easy to setup, implement and use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Few issues when you intergrate MAC, windows, LDAP , AD etc. Mac agents and support needs to be improved. Windows works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in manageing devices centrally, enforce security policies and manage a single inventory for all devices in the company.

Unlike a rigid traditional directory, JumpCloud SAML and SCIM integrations are top notch !!
