Jumpcloud is helping with the integration of a variety of devices and it is easy to use and implement policies and you feel like you have a lot of control

What do you dislike about the product?
A bit costly at the time

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a mixed environment comprising of Windows, Linux & Apple devices. Jumpcloud allows us easy administration of these devices. Granular policies can be applied to various user groups and device groups.

Alert / Reporting Insignt structure. It should be more detailed from User and Identity Governance

Jumpcloud resolve Directory management which is best for small organisations, controlling Devices Management and User access management SSO which is easy to manage from single console

The fact that you can manage users and devices so easy, with all the needed features , in a user friendly interface makes it a solution that is used widely from junior professionals to senior ones. As an IT professional you have all the required features to setup devices, implement policies, manage devices, and manage the users...
What do you dislike about the product?
One featurewhere it is a lot of room to be improved is remote control feature launched from JumpCloud. At the moment im not satisifed with this service, as it takes some time to establish a connection with the target device , and sometimes also shows different connection errors...

We use Jumpcloud for MDM mostly, and we are very satisfied with it

well as a companyy that conforms to the 27001 ISO we needed a way to control users and apply policy to machines remotely, JumpCloud gave us just that!

For organizations without Identiny provider it can manage the users + it helps to manage the devices, push policies, install updates and more.

the ease of use and 3rd party support everything works all the time with no issues

the ease of loging in and sso with some vpn clients

it is very easy to use and implement, supports all major operating systems and does not require allot of ongoing maintanace.

deployment process to domain joined devices is a bit tricky and could be improved.

JumpClooud allow us to centrally manage our endpoints, distribute security policies and tools, control security patching rutines and manage local users passwords.
Excellent for Remote Identity Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the Jumpcloud agent can be easily installed remotely on the workstations without the administrator being physicall present. I also like that it takes updates/changes very fast. I also like the MDM and identity management features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is quite slow and responds slowly.

The 3 in 1 features - Identity Management, Active Directory and Mobile Device Management
