I used n8n for data management. Having the opportunity to use Airtable as an integration was a great fit to visualize and organize the data. When I had the possibility to retrieve information or store information in Airtable, it made things easier. For my use cases, I looked at the output. When there was a formula that needed to be filled, I examined how the information was then sent to the end user. I verified whether the output matched what was required, and I tested by asking questions to see how they retrieve information and whether the sources were provided.

“From Zero to Advanced Automation — Thanks to n8n”
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about n8n is that it has become a true all-in-one powerhouse for everything I need. It’s the first platform that pushed me to learn things I never imagined I’d be doing — from web scraping, to automation, to building AI-driven workflows, to integrating modern tools and APIs.
Before n8n, I never thought I would be diving into things like scraping competitor websites, orchestrating multi-agent AI systems, connecting Twilio, Gmail, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Motorcentral, and more — all inside a single workflow. n8n didn’t just make me automate tasks; it literally upskilled me.
It’s honestly the best investment I’ve made in years. One platform taught me automation logic, data manipulation, workflow architecture, API integration, and now AI orchestration. Everything in one place, everything visual, everything powerful.
n8n didn’t just save time — it transformed how I work.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main challenge with n8n is that if you add the wrong node or configure something incorrectly—especially in loops or scraping workflows—it can easily trigger a large number of executions without warning. This can become costly very fast.
For example, when I was testing Firecrawl, one small configuration issue caused me to use up my entire monthly credit allocation in just two days, even though the workflow still wasn’t working. I really wish n8n had stronger built-in warnings or restrictions when an execution is about to run many times or consume external API credits.
Thankfully the Firecrawl team was very kind and refunded my 3000 credits, but having better cost-control safeguards inside n8n would help prevent situations like this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
n8n has completely transformed the way I run my operations. It automated tasks that used to take hours and turned them into instant responses. Now, with just a single text message, I can get any information I need: how many cars are at compliance, what’s in transit, supplier updates, costs, and the entire supply chain status.
Instead of checking multiple spreadsheets, systems, and emails, everything is connected and available instantly through automation. It saves time, reduces mistakes, and gives me real-time visibility over the whole business — something I never thought was possible before n8n.

Flexible Platform with an Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the interface and overall flexibility of the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found anything that I dislike in n8n
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product has enabled me to accomplish anything I set my mind to, and I think that's truly amazing.
Good but too expensive.
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty easy to use and versatile. It was easy to get some basic flows up and running. The integrated AI assistant was useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new learner trying to build my skills in AI its just too expensive of a tool to learn on. $25 per month just to have an area to learn is probably reasonable, but if you want to use the tool for anything meaningful, you'll need multitudes of other small accounts that bill you monthly. All combined its several hundred dollars a month, too expensive to keep as a longer term project for learning.
I really liked the integrated AI, but did not like that it defaults to billing you for answers rather than letting me choose when to let it "build" for me. I used a ton of credits inadvertently not realizing the AI switched back to "Build" from "Ask". For a $25 fee, I feel like the user should get more than 50 "build" questions. Its counter intuitive, when you're new and learning on a low cost plan, is probably when you need more "build" questions, versus when you are skilled and likely do not need the "build" AI as much.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to build a proof of concept to scrape sales leads from forums in various MSA's. I could get it to work for a single MSA, but the data was not reliable, there didnt seem to be a way to get the flow to only provide validated content, it couldn't easily provide links to the source leads in forums like Reddit. Lastly, the "current date" issue in the workflows is impossibly frustrating. I never could find a way to consistently tell the flow how to stay on the current date and not hallucinate random dates to satisfy the instructions in the Agent.
Effortless Workflow and Impressive AI Builder
What do you like best about the product?
it is non/low code. very easy to follow the workflow process. The new AI builder i very good and know your most used integrations. It is very easy to setup credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope to find a solution to share credentials on all platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
adding value with the use of AI and agents.
The Missing Link for Cloud Architecture—n8n Does It All
What do you like best about the product?
Up to now, I haven't found anything that n8n can't handle. It truly fills the gap in cloud service architecture that I was looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope they consider adding a streaming mode in the future. With that feature, we could use it for larger ETL jobs as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting our ERP, CRM and a lot of other services.
If you are not using n8n you are lagging behind
What do you like best about the product?
What's there not to like?! You can automate any tedious task and save years of work. Infinite scalability. Your work on one canvas
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more custom nodes to be included
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as an real estate agent, without having to go to the office. Automatically process property listings, inquiries, automatic money printing.
Easy, Practical, and Powerful No-Code Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy, practical, powerful. Although it is "no code", one benefits more and works better if one knows concepts and has practice working with TI. Also I think it will get better with time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not yet. Do not deslike anything yet. But I am working with it for a month only, not full time...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still learning the capabilities of n8n.
Exceptionally User-Friendly and Effortless to Integrate
What do you like best about the product?
The product stands out for its user-friendly design, making it easy to use. Setting it up is straightforward, and integrating it with other systems is also simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve, but I don't see that as a negative—it's simply part of the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me with automations. By reducing my effort into manually completing tasks, n8n helped me build agents, that can perform those for me.
