What do you like best about the product?
Wrike has a great support team who will reach back out quickly to help with any issues. So far, I have had same day responses from the support team and they will walk me through to make sure I understand, which I appreciate. The online help page has been a great resource as well. The project teams have jumped right in and quickly adapted to the system and uses it consistently as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit of a challenge. There are many helpful features - it's just getting to the point of using them and testing that can be a bit time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is helping this company organize projects by prioritizing and providing one place for information pulling. For me being the PM, this has helped me keep project teams on schedule and providing a high-level overview of the project status for Senior Management.
