Easy Streamlining for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
User interface is super easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
When copying a link for a subtask, when I delete one, it deletes all of it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
listing all my tasks for every project and using the templates so it is easy to replicate

Wrike helps manage my tasks and provide up-to-date status with each assigned project.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different statuses that can be updated for each project . Tagging individuals not assigned to a project is helpful if outside sources are needed to be brought in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email reminders comes to my inbox slower than I would expect. I would sometimes see a new project be assigned to mebut only receive the email notification hours later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is solving task and project management and helps me see what aspects of the overall project are included.

Visualization of projects is amazing, training offered by experienced Wrike customer support.

None so far. I enjoy using wrike for project management

Making it Overly Complicated to get work done
What do you like best about the product?
Revision / Feedback on different versions of files.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to do almost anything from creating a task, to customizing a dashboard to see what you actually need to get done, to getting to gantt charts or any. Design is clunky and cluttered.
Mostly using this becuase the marketing team likes some of the features.

None that I can think of. There are better project management systems out there.

Great for keeping track of tasks and projects.

Wrike sometimes feels convoluted in organization and unless you fill out everything, tasks can get lost.

Wrike helps me stay organized and helps my team stay in the "know" at all times. Everything is also traceable which is super helpful if a mistake comes up within the team.

I wish that the dashboard was more user friendly, could just be my lack of knowledge.

Wrike is helping to eleminate errors on our behalf as a team. It helps to make sure that we are all on track during the execution of a campaign.\

Projects and tasks can be managed through blueprints. Blueprints are composed of tasks and each task can have an assignee.
Tasks duration and time spent can be defined and reported to measure workforce usage.
Automations make it easy to remind assignees about pending tasks and also to activate successors when predecesors are completed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Managing tasks in bulk is a bit challenging. Sometimes it is not possible to filter tasks using certain tasks attributes, forcing the user to do manual work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing remote teams and tasks is a lot easier with wrike. Tasks, assignees and time usage enable the team to monitor capacity and resource usage in detail.
A great tool to keep everything you need in 1 place!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep all my files, progress, tracking, and correspondence in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not begin organizing you data properly from the start, it can be a little difficult to find something so important to keep a title or reference # to keep projects in track.

Organization and communication between projects as well as assignment.
