Working everyday with wrike to keepn track of all our campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Allows to have an overview of our prjects as well as keep track of evrything that's happning in them
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the new layout is not practical - difficult to fin some information that was easy to use before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of everything that's happaning and planning and briefing people on projects

Fast and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and accessible.
It's a browser-based app which means it's accessible anywhere. Using most functions are fast and easy. There is seldom lags and delays, so it helps reduce the pain of doing boring daily admin tasks.
It is actually packed full of powerful features too, which is a double-edged sword.

What do you dislike about the product?
The sheer amount of features are intimidating. New users will require proper onboarding to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives the whole team visibility on project statuses. It is also an effective platform for bookkeeping — consolidating all resources and deliverables.
It works if you use it.

Helps organize tasks and alerts you with due dates, etc.

It's another task just to manage a task manager.

Keeping multiple team members organized and on task

- Dashboard function: The ability to track and get a summary of all my personal and group tasks is one of the best features of Wrike.
- Easy support & customer helpdesk: There are a lot of FAQs that are easily accessible and also the customer support is just around the corner (through email or live chat)
- Approval feature & guest review: Easy to implement approval feature to different stakeholders even ones without Wrike license.
- PDF, MS Office file & Website link integration to the task: Easily remarks the ongoing project through this integration
- Easy support & customer helpdesk: There are a lot of FAQs that are easily accessible and also the customer support is just around the corner (through email or live chat)
- Approval feature & guest review: Easy to implement approval feature to different stakeholders even ones without Wrike license.
- PDF, MS Office file & Website link integration to the task: Easily remarks the ongoing project through this integration
What do you dislike about the product?
- The ability to customize the field of task: ie. to write free-form text, floating post-it, etc
- The notification: Hard to navigate which notification should be coming to email and how to categorize this notification based on level of collaboration (asssigned/ follow/ or only tag within the task)
- The archive of finished project: No tools for archiving while reducing the size of task (without completely delete it), or option to extract that into our own PC

The One-Stop Shop
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike has been an incredible tool for my organization as we have various types of meetings. It keeps us on track, empowers us to have excellent communication and we can meet the needs of our people in an efficient and timely way. There is no more text threads or strings of emails; its all in one place. I am so grateful for Wrike and it is my go-to for collaboration.

I truly love everything about Wrike; I wish I started using it sooner!

It helps us have all the information about a project or task in one place. It helps empower people to take ownership and accountability for their project and to get it done in a timely manner.

Positive and intuitive to use

The ability to instantly make edits and notify designers so that no time is lost.

Some documents prove hard to upload and edit within the system.

Great tool for Project Management but not user friendly enough and a little too dense

Overall super efficient to follow up on a project and have a 360º view. Really allow us to keep a tight collaboration and efficient communication within our multiple teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike is very dense and usually shows a lot of unfiltered information.
It is not the most user-friendly tool too navigate and takes a lot of clicks to get to the task we need.
For people who are only viewers, it is almost not comprehensible to navigate in and find the information they need.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is helping all our team cross-collaboration, allow us to plan our tasks, attribute the right people to the right task and ensure the follow up and transparency to every stakeholders, even external one.
User Friendly as far as I have used it
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Wrike as a viewer without any problems. I haven't explored all the aspects of how I could use it yet, but I am comfortable with the turnover time that Wrike provides with ease of access and intuitive design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I have seen looks like it is missing any features.

I use it to track the progress of tasks.
