What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is its user-friendly interface and comprehensive project management features.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Wrike is that it can be a bit hard to learn at first, and it doesn't always let you customize things as much as you might want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike solves the problem of organizing and managing tasks, projects, and teams efficiently, which benefits me by improving collaboration, productivity, and overall project success.
Comprehensive and flexible but a learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
I do like that I can see my projects in mulitple views depending on what's most helpful to me at the time (e.g. gantt vs. board view). I also like that I can select the tasks by person. Setting up your own dashboard is also a nice feature and connecting to my work email so that I don't miss tags also comes in handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like it can be a bit complex for others to learn how to use it. I also sometimes find that the search feature doesn't bring up everything even with key words in the title of the project name. It seems to bring up old things instead of the newest and sometimes doesn't find them at all... just wish the results were more relevant to what I put in. As a frequent, daily user of the tool, I wish there was a way to sync tasks start and end dates to my calendar and for there to be flexibility in what I want to add to my outlook calendar. I also wish there was a reply all capability to reply to all those tagged in a previous comment vs. having to Cc specific individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is helping to solve project visibility, accountability, communication, and record keeping. This helps me communicate with a large amount of people within and outside of my organization. I can just tag followers or assignees without having to worry about who is copied on an email thread and easily assign or unassign people from tasks. I have access to documents that may have disappeared from my email that gets cleaned out regularly and can refer back to conversations to help us stay accountable or remember why certain decisions were made, much easier than going through a bunch of emails.

Let's you create a lot of tasks and folders. If missmanaged could create a mess

What do you like best about the product?
Managing the large number of projects our marketing organization is tasked with has become much more streamlined and effecient with Wrike. We are able to customize workflows according to our specific needs. The communication and approval capabilities really stand out and make collaboration a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The robust nature of Wrike can make user adoption slow, and requires dedicated individuals to learn, train, and optimize Wrike to suit company requirements. However, once the framework is in place, frequency of use becomes extremely high.

Project management software is key to efficient project development and campaign execution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like not having to touch another platform, like email. I have everything centralized in one place. As a result, I end up using it every day and navigating it very easily, as implementing it on a daily basis was easy. Furthermore, integration with the platform was very easy with the help of user support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it has many resources, sometimes I get a little lost when it comes to keeping track of my tasks and the team's tasks.

I can monitor my work and the team's work.
Collaborative Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is extremely user-friendly, and wonderful for a team. The ability for multiple users to add details to projects, assign tasks and leave comments is fantastic. The review tool is also a great place to be able to track progress on an assignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The template creation is a bit draining, and there are no prefix/suffix options for projects that live under a parent task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a creative agency, Wrike provides us the ability to track projects across a variety of clients in all stages - from project onboarding to evaluation. It provides a single source of truth for notes, comments, edits and deadlines.
Wrike is a helpful tool easy to use while collaborating with different teams and communicating.

Projects are all in one place and status can be tracked. I use this everyday and we steamroll through projects efficiently.

Influx of emails even if not tagged in a ticket

Solving the problem of having people slac off on projects and sendign diorganixed emails
