Excellent for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Wrike allows us to set individual deadlines for different tasks within a larger task (and further break down between regions), and also the easy way to update and keep a history to ask questions within Wrike to avoid separate DM's and emails. I use this daily to keep on track of deadlines and tasks, and it definitely makes my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think that is no one is tagged in a comment, it gets completely lost. Ideally at least the person who created the task would get a notification so that important updates/questions aren't lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidates all the task-related deadlines, links, POC's so that I don't need to gather information from various people or platforms.

Wrike meets the business needs of my team.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can communicate with my team and easily see the overview of larger project. Once you understand the structure of wrike, it's easy to communicate with stakeholders and teammates. I really like how my project managers can add dependencies to tasks, and I can easily see what needs to be done before I get started on my projects. I also really enjoy the dashboard tab so I can see what items I need to review from my teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike is a little complicated from a user perspective when first starting to use a project management software. I also think the browser verison of wrike is less buggy than the desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've worked on marketing operations teams that do not use project management software, and wrike has made a world of difference. I love having a paper trail of why decisions were made in wrike as our source of truth. I love the commenting and tagging ability, because I can easily talk to multiple people on different teams without having to keep track of mutliple group chats on messaging services. It takes out the stress of being over worked each week, so we can easily work in sprints and plan out the workload the week before.

Somewhat hard to navigate, especially in the gantt chart

What do you like best about the product?
Wrike allows me to track the progress of any particular project at all times. While at the same time allowing me to see where other colleagues are in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike can feel slightly overwhelming at times. We all have busy workloads to manage and the look and feel of the Wrike platform needs a facelift, softening the look of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike keeps all members involved on the 'same page'. There are no words to explain how beneficial this is in getting tasks done.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how organzied it it. We have several programs with severl tasks, subtasks, and requests so it's great that everything is organized and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the layout and I don't love that when I get an email with a wrike update I sometimes have to login to my account again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Program managment: Outline all details and necessary tasks for a given project.
Intelligent, Intuitive and Automated Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very collaborative platform that makes it easy for Project Managers to efficiently manage projects and programs. It can easily be customized for yor needs and the fact that it can be integrated with other tools are the main reasons why I like Wrike.
The Customer Support and CSMs are also very proactive and respond to enquiries quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI can still be improved further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is helping me manage my projects eficiently and intelligently in a collaborative manner.
Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easily to use, good interface, I like that you can set up multiple sub tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to clear my browser cache a lot and there's been times where Wrike completely does not load for me. I've never had this issue with other project managment software before. I also only use Google Chrome which is a fairly common browswer. Additionally, sometimes when I create tasks, they disappear and I am unable to relocate it. This happens fairly often and then I create a new one just to find out that they were doubled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to find projects and folder just by searching for keywords. The layout of each project is very easy to follow. Assigning work to employees is very quick and easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function could be a little better when selecting a locatiom for a new project. If the folder has too many projects, it rarely pops up when you search for it. Then you manually have to drag the project into that folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike helps our business file projects and products/images in one place. It is very easy to access previous communication and images from older projects with a simple search.

Unable to add dependencies easily and adjust it like Smartsheet does

Recent changes have made it much less user friendly. Its difficult to see a big portion of the area in a task you want to work on.

Helping the team be more organized and having an easier way to follow workflows/ procedures.
