extremely easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
easy of use. i use it everyday for reviews. like the ability to customize dashboard layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
tkaes about 10 minutes for updates to go through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ability for multiple departments to communicate more effectively when reviewing marketing materials. a central depository for ideas and comments make communications easier.

It's got the Wrike Stuff (Baby)!
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is easy to use (on the surface), but provides so much underneath! It is a great tool for managing projects and tasks. Easy to install and deploy out to new users. I've never had a need to contact customer support. Most items that I'm looking for already have an article or something to help me. We use it as part of our daily workflow, not only for projects - but also for day to day tasks for all of our departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Perhaps some alternative ways to search for specific items within the custom widgets for dashboards. But for the most part, it has everything I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all project communique, and keeping it with the project.
My honest Wrike review
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is a great tool for project managment! Wrike keeps me on track, organized, transparent, and saves me time. I use it to view my projects and tasks for the day, week, and upcoming months, and communicate internally with stakeholders, colleages and project managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a little difficult to set up my personal board and fully customize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike saves me time!!! Everything i need to know about an upcoming project or current project can be found all in one place. I dont have to shuffle through the company server, or sift through emails to figure out what my contributions and expecations are for a project. This is incredibly helpful for me, because it keeps me on track with all my different projects, and tasks within each project. Wrike ensures that nothing falls through the cracks, and projects are completed and delivered on time.
Wrike - Positive Experience, Great Tool for Effective Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see what the rest of my team is working and when. I have tasks in Wrike that are dependant on others completing their tasks and it is very helpful to see where someone else is at. The visibility into project tasks helps me plan my week and my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that I dislike. The things that bother me, I am able to change in the personalized settings. I was getting too many emails updates and then I realized that I could manage what I received in my settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visibility into our marketing projects and being able to see how the rest of the marketing team is working on tasks really helps me to prioritize and schedule my own tasks.
Wrike is a Lifesaver for our Company
What do you like best about the product?
We love how easy it is to use and navigate. Getting the basic principles down is easy to do, and you have an opportunity to build on top of those skills to use the software for more complaicated projects. Their team is involved in the Wrike community and is easy to get a hold of. They also are updating it all the time and coming out with new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are features that we don't use that can "get in the way." I wish we could disable those. I also feel like the search function is lacking a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have over 700 branches in our company, and our marketing team creates collateral for all of these. Our team runs quite lean, and Wrike allows us to handle one-off requests and large projects for them and our corporate office. Our project managers, designers, digital team, and marketing managers can easily collaborate in once space and track changes and requests in one source of truth.
My experience with Wrike - 3 Year User
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is very simple to learn as a new user and also is very intuitive especially with their new simplified mode. Allows for great task management, time scheduling and also great for communication between PMs and SHs. Also has a great little game you can play after work hours if you scroll to the bottom left of your screen!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when completing a task, its hard to find it once it's been archived, this is a non issue if you remember the title of the task assigned though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike solves work planning issues by simplifying complicated briefs into easy to access task tabs which also allow for easy work submission, simple communication and time alloting.
Wrike is user friendly- intuitive- would recommend!
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the organization of Wrike and how there are different options for views, table- list, etc. I also like how we can customize fields to suit our needs. I also like how you can edit documents in live time and it helps collaborate with other colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Wrike is the search feature. The search feature is not comprehensive. The security could also be enhanced a bit so that some users cannot make changes.

Great platform for project management and cooperation
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very powerful platform for managing own projects with many different views available for the tasks and projects. It allows great collaboration by assigning tasks and sharing files between team members, and enabling oversight through customisable calendar views. Any issues or bugs that arise are usually dealt with very quickly. We use the tool on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
While most issues with its usage tend to be resolved quite quickly there are some very useful suggestions that were put forward by users years ago that still have not been actioned.

It helps manage projects and tasks on a personal and team-level.

Userfriendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Easy Access to Tickets and Super helpful to understand task wise details and Work accordingly, Status are customizeable and make more sence using it
What do you dislike about the product?
Recent changes to Ticket author details and Ticket ID's as they are hidden previously it was visible upfront

Wrike gives us idea about total number of events planned, work management, collaboration across teams, Cross team work, each task time management and understands the productivity of Individual and gives us idea about the due dates and Deadlines
