New PMO New Tool
What do you like best about the product?
When our company decided to change project management platforms, we did an extensive review of the tools available. We chose Wrike because it allowed us to manage a variety of different project types. Our company uses it daily to communicate on task updates. It is easy to use and the dashboards are fantastic! The support we receive from both our account manager and the Wrike community has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside we've found with Wrike is that it is not as easy to import our old Excel trackers as we'd like. It is a bit clunky to do it in-house and expensive to use Wrike for the integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike has brought our teams together. We collaborate more than ever and it has allowed us to break away from a siloed approach to our work.

Not the easiest one, but worth the struggle.
What do you like best about the product?
What makes me a big fan of Wrike is how effortlessly it lets me chat with my team and gives me a bird's eye view of our major tasks. Initially, mastering the software was a bit of a climb but, with time, it felt like second nature. I distinctly recall when our project lead assigned dependencies to a key task. Having a visual graph of tasks in order allowed us to sidestep potential roadblocks and stick to our timeline. I find the dashboard tab really handy for daily workflow - it’s my first choice for checking teammate's updates without getting distracted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike may seem quite complicated at first. I recall my first struggle with understanding the various sections and features. Yet, as time passed, these intricacies turned into its best features. Besides, I've noticed the web version is more dependable than the desktop application, which can be a little peculiar.

Looking back at my sales operations days before Wrike, it's like comparing dark and light. The program has totally changed our work process. What I really like is the record of decisions it keeps; it's our go-to resource for accuracy. The comment and tag options are great too. They've made team communication smoother, getting rid of the mess of using different chat services. Today, sprint planning and carrying out tasks are easier, helping us to organize our work neatly.
Wrike has been great for us; we haven't had any problems
What do you like best about the product?
Productivity has been enhanced by removing essential but repetitive chores. With the option to attach files and add notes at the row level, our projects are kept organized and can be accessed by anybody with viewing permissions through the mobile app. Now that I have the app on my phone, I can access my spreadsheets anytime I want, without having to switch between different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things I don't like about this program. Unexpected crashes or functional loss do happen from time to time, but they are quite unusual.

We utilize Wrike, a web-based program for collaboration, across the entire firm. Task delegation, resource tracking and allocation, and budget tracking are all made easy with this tool. One example of the tool's great visibility is the ability to view activity logs and track changes. Thanks to Wrike's real-time workflow tracking, everyone on the team can see the impact of a single team member's edit in an instant. Not only does it work with a wide variety of OSes, but it has also demonstrated to be a cohesive platform that allows all essential team members to view.
Wrike has transformed our ways of working at our Global Marketing Agency
What do you like best about the product?
After doing an audit of various project management/collaboration tools in the market, we decided to go with Wrike for its flexibility and its ability to integrate well with other platforms. It’s allowed us to consolidate processes that were being done across a variety of other platforms (Monday, Trello, Basecamp, Float, Smartsheet, tons of spreadsheets, etc.) into one system.
We especially love the ability to create custom items, create blueprint, set automation rules, see tasks in a number of views (table view, kanban boards, etc).
Wrike also releases new features on a weekly basis. Since we’ve started using Wrike, they’ve implemented several features that were on our wishlist.
Their customer success + support teams have also been excellent.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features (eg Wrike Integrate) are counted as add-ons and the additional cost is added as an additional fee on licensing costs. This has made some features we’d like to use too cost-prohibitive.
It's not the easiest platform to learn, but understandable since it's such a flexible platform. We needed a dedicated team to configure + successfully implement Wrike, which may be a challenge for some companies.

What do you dislike about the product?
If they could solve financial management out of the box through automated API integrations I think the software would be unrivaled in the marketplace.

Steep learning curve for new users and discourage initial use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike has become the centralised platform for teams to manage projects and asscoiated tasks. Prior to Wrike, teams used a variety of different tools including Trello, Jira, Asana and more, which restricted visbility of projects across the buisness. With Wrike's functionality, teams can use Trello-style Kanban boards, Jira-style tickets and Asana-style spreadsheet tables.
