Wrike on a Daily
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simplified it is where I know where I can navigate things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new UI that does't feature automation. I would like a home screen back on for this.

Clunky and not consistent
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Gantt chart and list views and reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is a big pain point for me. It doesn't seem to function the same way as the desktop app and it's a huge hindrance for me that I can't start or edit file approvals from the mobile app. Wrike Lightspeed also now forces me to click more buttons than before to complete my work, making the process less efficient. I also wish the approval queue feature was consistent in dashboards. On a daily basis, I find that my colleagues either see approvals that don't exist, or cannot see approvals that were assigned to them in their dashboard approval queue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike solves the problem of intaking requests and easily scheduling them out. I like the markup feature for commenting on files.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility that the platform provides, plus the support we recieve from our Wrike customer success team. They also provide a lot of great resources for learning and communicate updates regularly and clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The possibilities are endless with how you customize your workflow and spaces in Wrike. That can make it hard to choose a best practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is helping us track work in a collaborative format, so there is greater visibility on the work we do
Wrike supports business growth
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike meets all of our organization's basic project management needs as do many of their competitors. What I feel makes Wrike a better choice is that they've built out to reporting and dashboards that are easy to access and analyze business data quickly. This, in turn, informs our operations, staffing, etc. and helps us hone our efficiency. I also appreciate that their technical assistance is easy to access and usually available the same or the next day.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had more account managers than I can count. It is frustrating to feel passed around so much although I know they were restructuring so my hope is that this will slow down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is making project management simple, increasing the efficiency of our workflow and time spent on projects and tasks, and producing data to inform our KPIs.
it's a good project management tools but I don't really like their LightSpeed update

Been using Wrike for more than 1 year. Everything is good so far. Excellent custome support.

The new interface LightSpeed is very confusing and is not as good as the old interface.

What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is a powerful software that WireMasters uses to manage projects. We use it as the central repository for all tasks, as well as email and other forms of communication. Our goal is to have everything related to each project concentrated under the project in Wrike.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find items that pertain to more than one subject. We try to use hyperlinks to find things in multiple areas without creating redundant files, but invariably I spend time trying to find stuff from time to time.

Wrike provides a centralized location for all projects and associated information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it can be customized according to the requirements of a particular team.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a new user Wrike can be a bit overwhelming as there are a lot of clutters in the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier I used to have problems tracking progress which would sometimes lead to missed deadlines. Wrike solves this problem quite efficiently. It also helps in keeping all the communications regarding a particular project in one place.

Wrike is an easy to use software and can be tailored for any size/ type of teams and has so many features and funtions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though we can comment/ @mentions users, we sometime have to rely on other communication platforms such as Slack. Realtime chat feature is missing.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and setup. Overall really liking it
What do you dislike about the product?
The linking and handling of Projects and Folders. They are often treated the same in the system and can cause reports and filtering. Id like to see those 2 items completely seperated in all sections like the internal reports and filtering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have too many systems to track proejcts and tasks and our unique financial forecast tracking. With Wrike we found a way to do our monthly forcasting while also being able to track the tasks the way we wanted.
Wrike is a great product for project management in a creative field!
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike keeps my task lists and documents centralized. I and my team use it daily to keep each other updated on status and clarify questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing key features such as markdown support and dark mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When used judiciously, Wrike solves the problem of having multiple documentation channels. Wrike keeps our work well organized and rich with context.
