Operations Manager/Industrial Engineer
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to toggle between dependent tasks while on a task in Wrike. I also like that I am able to schedule reports to send to myself at a recurring frequency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading speed of pages is slow for some larger projects, which can be pretty annoying.
Additionally, I personally find that Wrike is less intuitive and has a more cluttered feel than other project management softwares I have used in the past (such as Jira and Monday).
I also wish that the reports functioned more like Excel, where columns could be added based on created formulas and metrics for the entire column (such as sum, average, count, etc.) could be added to the report. The ability to create data visualizations would also be helpfi;/

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is allowing us to create live SOPs within the task description, which saves time for employees and ensures that tasks are being followe din a standard manner.
Wrike is also memorializing our launch calendars and serving as a database where information is stored for various departments.

Great for cross-functional visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is great for it's ability to easily tag other people into projects, collect cross-functional feedback, and communicate status to all stakeholders through the "@followers" function.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that it can be confusing to navigate and find files when there are a lot of projects and subprojects in the system. I often spend a lot of time looking for something that I know exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and tracking to make sure projects move forward and hit deadlines. The greatest benefit is the ability to communicate across timezones and teams in one place.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and a nice interface. I like that you are able to have conversations on threads and be able to see history.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way that when you review "My Projects" it shows EVERYTHING. I feel like I always have to go back into projects to track down links.

It keeps all of our projects in one place.
Fantastic resource for getting organized
What do you like best about the product?
As a self-described unorganized person, Wrike has been fantastic in getting our teams all on the same page while allowing us to see project progression in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike takes a little time to integrate and get used to as a user. This is totally natural with any new project management software. It would be helpful if there were more tutorials and trouble-shooting videos on You Tube to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our teasm organized and on schedule with all our prjects. It allows us to eliminate time-sucking morning meetings to set up the day's projects. it allows everyone to instantly be on the same page.
Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to manage projects from start to finish and assign work. It also allows for reviews/approvals which make it easier to keep the projects moving along.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes too many selections which makes things complex. We struggle with too many tasks/subtasks within projects which creates confusion at times. We've also struggled with dates - basically when a date changes sometimes others don't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us keep our marketing team organized with cross-functional work. This provides a centralized place for our team to track work and make sure the correct people are reviewing it. The approval notifications are helpful along with the timelines.

excellent tool for transgenerational teams
What do you like best about the product?
the best way to manage projects and integrate teams. working with the new automations simplifies daily work allowing you to focus on important actions and bottlenecks
What do you dislike about the product?
Field formula programming is conflicting. it takes a bit to organize the folders and connect them. integration with outlook and iOS widgets needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with remote teams and Wrike helps me manage multiple projects at the same time by organizing schedules and measuring the implications of each person on the team
Makes billing easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that each task has its own lane and attachments, so I can track the job from start to finish. Being able to go back to each round to see the chain of communication and deliverables makes it great reference for billing purposes. Also the instant communication with team members is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the server runs slow online. Sometimes the reports are complicated to get everyone to fill in the same info so the reports are accurate. Better time stamps on everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having all communication in gmail or email formats to track jobs is vital to keeping everyone involved. Being able to also attach files along the way for easy reference is amazing. You can go back and check previous rounds / tasks at any time.
Lot's of features, but also quite complex for new users

Wrike works quite well for managing complex projects, and it has lot of features to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality isn't too good, I often find it hard or impossible to find specific requests. UX is a little clucky, you really have to know how Wrike does things to be able to find your way around.
