Wrike rocks
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use and works great. I feel effective when I use Wrike.
What do you dislike about the product?
some areas are not very intuitive or easy to navigate to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of having to track things via email. Wrike is not the central place for all things related to my projects. It is a huge game changer. Not sure I can go back to before Wrike.

Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is easy to use and to collaborate with different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Projects are as flexible as Tasks to work with!

Easy to collaborate with different teams on Wrike tasks. Multiple people can be assigned as well.
Solid Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The automation features and different views to organize work. You can definitely customize and build out the tool to be pretty robust. As far as available project management tools, I would say wrike is one of the top.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are not yet available that seem to be heavily requested such as converting tasks to projects and automations between project and tasks types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing cross-functional teams that have traditionally operated in a silo. The ability to cross tag tasks into multiple views and projects allows for visibility that previously wasnt available in the way we worked.
A better PM tool
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to design your own setup, integration of forms and some automated features
What do you dislike about the product?
not the most intuitive, sometimes you have to use a rep to create things for you

keeping track of marketing requests and new tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Wrike allows to set up great workflows to hand off work from one team to the other. Approvals are easy. Wrike allows a lot of different views (table, Gantt, dashboards, etc.), which serves for individual purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike recently made a lot of UI changes, unfortunately it did not get more intuitive and feels a little overengineered now. I hope they will improve this further soon.
Our CSM seems to be less knowledgable than our admins as this is our day-to-day tool. Would be great to get a partner who is working in Wrike every day and building out structure.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task hand-over between teams, transparency to all levels, progress tracking, prioritization, management of complex projects, repeating projects.
Big steps in little time
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike has spread through our organization like wild fire. After introducing it to a segment of our organization for project management, Wrike is now used by every department in our development and operations departments. And it all happened organically. To me that says all there is to say about Wrike.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting to the analytics value add has been more challengin than I would've hoped. The info is there, as is the access. Its the knowledge of both how to extract it that has a bit of a steep learning curve.

Wrike is reducing our email and improving our real-time communication and collaboration.
Good option for companies that need flexibility between traditional and agile project management
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike's ability to switch between traditional and agile views helps teams be able to run their projects how they prefer while also allowing management to pull reports that effectively keep them informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Service tickets/ forms seem to be slightly behind competitors' offerings. note: just started looking into this, so there could be a solution I'm not aware of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing teams to manage individual projects in a style they prefer while having a uniform structure which allows traditional reports for managers to efficiently monitor project statuses
i love it, it's comprehensive, versatile, not the best solution for the beginners.
What do you like best about the product?
the fact that i have full access to enterprise-level project management tools, it's brilliant and it's versatile but i tell you again, not for the beginners but once you get used to it, it's fantastic, makes team collaboration easy, just brillant.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty expensive and most project management tools come with a mobile version app but it's disappointing that a mobile version is not available.The initial setup is not beginner friend and you might need their training for the initial setup.

Wrike has dramatically improved our project management process by offering centralized organization, real-time visibility, and seamless collaboration. It is a project super hero thanks to its strong task management and scalability. i will certainly recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how userfriendly Wrike is compared to other project management platforms that I have used in the past. From Request Forms to Blueprints, Wrike has strong building blocks to help track, manage, and delegate work. I'm excited to keep working with my team and Wrike's consultants to streamline our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say that I dislike anything about it, but I think that other project management tools have stronger automation capabilities. On a positive note, Wrike Support is very open to feedback and it's been great to share ideas with them on things that I'd like to see in the platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of different stages in an overall project, giving visibility into ownership, and centralizing work to all be in one place. It allows for crossteam collaboration that's been helping us with task-sharing and feedback exchange.
Intuitive project management
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is fast, intuitive, and all-encompasing - a project manager's dream. I love that it's a website, and haven't had any issues with accessibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's always changes - which are usually improvements, but my team is typically resistant to change initially.
