Very efficient tool that makes our work smooth
What do you like best about the product?
It helps you remember things you need to approve if there is a delay, good visibility of the project situation and timings.
What do you dislike about the product?
it could look perhaps a bit better as the interface looks a bit old, but that's ok
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it makes it easier to follow our work projects, especially when you can sometimes have 5 different projects at the same time

Wrike has been a great tool for my project management needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that everything is line-by-line, the organization of information, tools, and to-do's has been really fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much to dislike yet. It's a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is solving my project management and collaboration challenges; my team is spread across four continents around the world. It's been great having a unified platform to get things done.
Great for multiple project tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is very user friendly and is great for tracking multiple projects. It has many platforms it can be integrated into as well! Additionaly, the customer support and knowlege they posess is very helpful! Our team uses wrike daily! Its also very easy to teach an get used to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new updates make it difficult to move and rearrange projects, You used to be able to drag and move projects as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking and time management is what we use wrike for the most. Its easy to assign people and view the overall project status etc. all at once!

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit convoluted at first, and you can get yourself split into too many things- spaces, projects, folders, but once you figure those out, they are must-haves. We've learned a bit less segmentation is better; you have to figure out how it works best for your team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all projects on our radars and organizing from person to person/task to task.
If It's Not in Wrike, It Doesn't Exist
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is an extremely helpful way to organize my projects. I'm a content writer/editor in a very dynamic marketing group, and I depend on Wrike to keep me on time and on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one ask is that I would love to be able to sort my projects in my custom dashboard section (I created a "starred tasks" column) by date. That would be soooo helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a single source of truth for all of my projects. I depend on it to set up me up for success every day.

What do you like best about the product?
Top of the line project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic and intuitive features are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Wrike as our Project Management tool. It is a centralized location where I can see what my entire department is working on. I can get task level detail or create executive level dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
It has ease of use, features available, customer support tips, and good integration with other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some processes cannot be duplicated easily, and the reporting/effort function needs more fine-tuning.

Wrike is helping to track projects easily.
Good way to keep track of all work/request as it progresses.

User friendly and the ease of use. I can always go back and track the history.

None so far. By far, I have a great expereince as I have used Wrike for the first time.

Wrike helps us assigning task to the correct people, thus we know where and what is going on on certain task.

Some of the windows fly in and out too easily, and it's distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to build schedules and assing work to the correct team member to perform them. It also allows us to balance everyone's workload.
A great tool for team collaboration and project transparency
What do you like best about the product?
I most like Wrike's project update notifications and the flexibility to build tickets that are flexible. I also like the overview to do list feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes managing multiple workspaces can be confusing.

Clear communication of shared tasks and responsibilities throughout our team.
