Effective software for project management - a lot to learn though
What do you like best about the product?
You can keep track of the tasks very effectively. Dates are very clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dependencies are something that I totally dislike. They can make your life very complicated!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total control of projects and keeping everyone posted about moving forward. Also very practical for keeping information about project details in a safe palce and handy for everyone.

Streamlined project tracking and effective resource management
What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of Wrike, as far as I am concerned is that I am able to track assignments and projects effectively. The management of the workflow is optimized and one can easily monitor the progress of the tasks in real time. The resource management feature is a godsend, especially when it comes to scheduling with the team and when the deadline is near. The virtual whiteboard is quite useful in the brainstorming sessions as it makes it easy to graphically and simultaneously work on ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
All in all, I can list a few things that I do not like about Wrike. The storage capacity can be an issue and sometimes the form builder has a somewhat dated feel in comparison to other applications I have used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike eliminates many issues because it provides a single tool for project management and monitoring the work progress. This has greatly helped in minimizing the time I spend on organizational tasks thus having more time on actual projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It is well organized. It's usually easy to find shared information. The reminders are good to have. Communication between teams is easy to track. Files are easy to share. The workflow of projects are well organized. I use it daily in all my major tasks. It creates accountability and shows process flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications aren't timely. I have to clear my cache regularly to work around this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordination of tasks with the team. It is timely and easy to track.
Pretty good project management system
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's pretty easy to create tasks, file them where they need to be, change where they're filed, and create subtasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the email notifications could be improved. I used anothe project management platform in the past that allowed me to choose to receive a roundup email of all the notifications I've received every 15, 3, or 60 minutes. Getting a separate notification for every task is helpful for keeping reminders of things to look at, but it also means I'm constantly inundated with emails, which becomes cumbersome.
It would also be nice if there was an easier way to keep myself as a follower on a project or task. As the project coordinator, I'm often the first one assigned to a project or task. I then reassign it to a graphic designer so they can do their part. It's frustrating at times when I realize I haven't seen updates on a particular project because I was removed as a follower when I reassigned it. It seems that unless I'm tagged in the comments of a task, I'm automatically removed from following it, so I've had to manually go it and re-follow again.
Lastly, we aren't able to use the Project item type very much because it creates a lot of problems for our team. Long story short, projects don't show up on the graphic designers' My To-Do lists, so our company typically uses tasks with lots of layers of subtasks, which isn't very efficient in my opinion.

Wrike gives my team a central place to track and work through the various campaigns and projects we work on. It allow us to easily find records of past versions of projects. It saves time and effort.

I love the expansive features that you can use to keep track of your projects

easy of use. i use it everyday for reviews. like the ability to customize dashboard layout.

tkaes about 10 minutes for updates to go through.

ability for multiple departments to communicate more effectively when reviewing marketing materials. a central depository for ideas and comments make communications easier.
It's got the Wrike Stuff (Baby)!
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is easy to use (on the surface), but provides so much underneath! It is a great tool for managing projects and tasks. Easy to install and deploy out to new users. I've never had a need to contact customer support. Most items that I'm looking for already have an article or something to help me. We use it as part of our daily workflow, not only for projects - but also for day to day tasks for all of our departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Perhaps some alternative ways to search for specific items within the custom widgets for dashboards. But for the most part, it has everything I need.

Keeping track of all project communique, and keeping it with the project.
My honest Wrike review
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is a great tool for project managment! Wrike keeps me on track, organized, transparent, and saves me time. I use it to view my projects and tasks for the day, week, and upcoming months, and communicate internally with stakeholders, colleages and project managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a little difficult to set up my personal board and fully customize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike saves me time!!! Everything i need to know about an upcoming project or current project can be found all in one place. I dont have to shuffle through the company server, or sift through emails to figure out what my contributions and expecations are for a project. This is incredibly helpful for me, because it keeps me on track with all my different projects, and tasks within each project. Wrike ensures that nothing falls through the cracks, and projects are completed and delivered on time.
Wrike - Positive Experience, Great Tool for Effective Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see what the rest of my team is working and when. I have tasks in Wrike that are dependant on others completing their tasks and it is very helpful to see where someone else is at. The visibility into project tasks helps me plan my week and my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that I dislike. The things that bother me, I am able to change in the personalized settings. I was getting too many emails updates and then I realized that I could manage what I received in my settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visibility into our marketing projects and being able to see how the rest of the marketing team is working on tasks really helps me to prioritize and schedule my own tasks.
