What do you like best about the product?
Functionality and ease of use in a high volume processing environment where lots of tasks need to get done across multiple departments for multiple projects. Excellent support - any time of day and very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike makes every effort to ensure that all of the functionality is well described but its too much when starting out. They should include in the pricing some consulting time so that an experienced consultant can point subscribers to the key issues for the particular business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordination and execution of hundreds of administrative tasks daily
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Speak to a Wrike consultant about your business - the ins and the outs - WRIKE can replace many other software programs, emails, forms, project management software, googledocs etc etc but if you dont know how to use it then it will frustrate you and cost money. WRIKE is very confusing when using with existing email services. WRIKE forces you to understand your own business processes and document them and for many small businesses this may not be readily available.

What do you like best about the product?
alot of options and creates beautiful gant charts, high learning curve but once you get the hang of it it's easy
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to fiddle around with it a bit to get the hang of it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showcasing product dependencies to Blindlight. It definitely works but you cannot modify charts to be "client friendly" which can be a pain
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely try this out, but note if you are a client service industry this might not be the best for you

A good option if you want a flexible management system

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the system is flexible. I work in a communication environment with multiple disciplines working on the same campaign or task. It is great to all be on one system that can be tooled to fit everyone's preferences. We've had to re-invent the wheel a number of times. Fortunately we are able to do that without too much trouble. I think the phrase "there is more than one way to skin a cat" is an apt description for Wrike, "there is more than one way to set up your communications or management workflow."
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is overly complex because they are cramming so much customization, but they are making significant improvements in that area. They've given us the option to hide the main directory of jobs in a menu.

I also dislike the pdf review feature. We tried it for a while during a free trial and it was buggy and not as good as it could have been. It's an add-on that's not worth paying for; it should be included in the main package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple creative departments. We needed ways to loop each other in on projects easily. Prior to Wrike, we were on Trello, Slack, Filemaker, and Mavenlink. Communication was happening on everyone's preferred platform as well as in various e-mails. It was tough to keep track on projects with this set-up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be prepared to adjust/tweak your project management strategy in the first year at least a handful of times. You can do so many things with it, it is hard to know where to start.

the timeline view. I find it hard to use.

We track our hours and timelines with Wrike. Nice reporting for both!

take advantage of their training tools and services. immensly helpful and "free" with your subscription.

My favorite project management app on of the market

What do you like best about the product?
For a hyper organizer, this app totally meets my needs. Every other PMS (project management system) really seemed to have one specific way you could organize and quantify tasks. With Wrike, you can really make it work several different ways, and I love that feature. The folders and ability to tag tasks multiple ways is so helpful to someone like me. Also, they have a lot of new premium features that makes the best of every type of PMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the premium features were included in the standard package. Its difficult to get decision makers to see why the higher price is way more beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small team with a huge workload, we could not begin to tackle our daily list of duties without Wrike. It keeps the team on track, informs us of what we are all working on, and helps keep our conversations within the tasks themselves instead of arbitrary email chains. In short, it makes our team much more efficient and productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Most PMS seem to be created with specific team workflows in mind. If you're team is a-typical and not clearly defined, this is the app for you. There will be time needed in the beginning to establish what kind of workflow and organizational structure you want to establish for your team, but once its implemented its fairly straightforward in meeting anyone's project and task management needs.

What do you like best about the product?
This was the first time I had used Wrike. It was very easy to navigate and made task management so easy. I would recommend this to another small to medium sized company.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. I wish I would have been able to use it more though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Group tasks are much easier and you can do any hour of the day.

What do you like best about the product?
Checking things off my list. Everyone likes to click task complete, right?
It holds my co-workers accountable for their part when it says what they have to do for a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't even know how do you say the name? Is it Wri-key or is the e silent?
I hate it when a co-worker assigns a task to me out of the blue. Give me a warning, people!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management. Who is on first and who is at bat next.

What do you like best about the product?
Super simple to use. Everything you need, nothing you don't. Pricing is extremely fair. This tool has made communication, brainstorming, collaboration and accountability a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not ideal for our process to create and bring products to market. Passing off the baton on projects via Wrike isn't as seamless and we hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration, proofing, and accountability. Our team works better and quicker than ever.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and a lots of features that make the life of the manager and user very easy. It is like my wundelrist. I can easily communicate with my team and share important updates with them. Also, it helps me plan my sprints better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many. I would probably like it to better integrate with my outlook. Other than that I love the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage my product management and marketing tasks. I also collaborate with my team to get things done. I can tag people, comment, add timelines, assign projects.
