What do you like best about the product?
The layout is very easy to navigate and you can work on as many projects as you want, able to use it for free as a student. Also easy to set up collaborations with team members. All features are very self-explanatory. Also offers apps for Android.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get used to some of the navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helpful for work management and collaborations, especially for a team under 5 team members, Wrike is free.

What do you like best about the product?
I use this product as a freelancer for over two years. Wrike makes it easy to communicate with my client and see what needs to be done. The interface is straightforward and allows me to find the information that I need quickly so that I can get started on my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email alert system can be finicky. Recently, some of my emails were not making it to the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I provide freelance services, so this tool makes it easy to communicate with someone that I'm not interacting with in person.

Reporting could be better. The timelog reporting is hard to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
Wrike makes the user interface an setup customizable to a level where each user can chose to view projects and organize their work to what best fits them, not the team lead or Admin. With the custom fields and time tracking its gone from minor time tracking on one task kind of use for my programmers to multi-staged and over 250 tasks in one project reviewed with date changes and gantt chart/employee workload management views that fit even the most complex projects. Its flexible, easy and robust when you need it to be, but not when you don't want it to be. YOU control each project's depth. It fits all types of my teams that use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Reporting feature needs a little more attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking time on projects and being able to view those real-time every day and compare it to the projected hours and cost before we go over budget is great. Keeping up with multiple projects at once, but having a view of all areas being affected on a client's projects, across all departments has really improved communication internally.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can see all of our programs, projects, and tasks in Wrike. We can 100% accurately report on any job and resource in Wrike. We have increased adoption of Wrike. Wrike IS our source of truth. I have since moved to a new job and bringing Wrike with me was mandatory. I love the fact that the support team is at the ready whenever I need them, and the Product Development team continues to make great advances.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I don't like about Wrike. My wish list items are constantly being addressed.
I would love to see Wrike develop a document management system and to add resource scenario planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Wrike to fully understand all of our current work in progress and are starting to use it as a tool to plan our forecasted work.
Wrike allows anyone at any level of our organization to have full visibility into program and project progress.
The last 2 project management programs we used have not had the flexibility or ease of use that Wrike provides.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please try this program. The implementation team is excellent and the support team is superior.

Easy to forget to update

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it keeps all of your tasks in one place. You can see what needs to be done, and set a due date for each task. It is also easy for management to see if their employees are getting their work done on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is SO easy to forget to update! I go in at least once a week, but I have admittedly forgotten some weeks. Also, it is annoying to see the "Overdue Tasks" highlighted in red. I had to turn off the email notifications because I would end up just deleting them before I would read them in order to make them disappear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization. It tries to keep me organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't want to be extremely organized, consider another product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can add my whole team, tag them in comments, assign tasks to dozens of different people and change custom statuses to reflect our teams workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike the most at the moment is that they removed the chat feature in the stream section. i liked that a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are becoming much more organized and becoming much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Wrike could seem a bit overwhelming at first, but once you understand how it all works the power to keep tasks on track on multiple levels, over multiple teams, with great collaborative tools, makes this service the best administrative assistant you can get. If it only could get coffee too... Collaboration between multiple temas or even offices is key for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I feel Wrike could use a facelift, meaning they could do something to make the interface more user friendly. Also, I do like that basically everything is comment-able. I like to keep my posts on Facebook, not my office software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We edit videos for an educational institution. We collaborate between the Online Learning office, and our Video Production office, sometimes ask professors to join in the fun, and other clients too. Collaboration!

Please do yourself a favor and go through ALL the tutorials!

What do you like best about the product?
i like that you can assign things to yourself and other people, it keeps the tasks on check.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is a bit unorganized and takes time to get used to it. it's hard to find a lot of things from the past. it's just needs to have less columns and maybe be a bit more user-friendly, and a better layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves having to tell people what to do - you just open an assignment on wrike.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
find out how it works before assigning tasks to people, it will get you more organized. maybe get the titles of the assignments in a way that it will be easy to find later.

What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is a very efficient project management tool. It truly helped a large team made of account supervisors and designers worked better, despite being in different locations and having different schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though Wrike does its job, our main challenge is that the platform is not very user-friendly. It is sometimes hard to locate posts or content.
Also, some of the more advanced features are a little obscure and hard to get into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a large team made of account supervisors and designers, it was key for us to find the right tool to help everyone communicate seamlessly. As a whole, the tool has helped us stay on deadline and we are now way more organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask Wrike to provide in-depth training when you start and after you've used it for 2-3 months. This is the type of platform that requires a little bit of effort to truly use it to its full potential.
