All of the tools I use, wrapped into one interface.
What do you like best about the product?
Basic task management tools are married with essential productivity tools like estimate creation, time tracking, team communication, and project initiation forms. The combination creates an environment that doesn't require additional software or services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike's mobile software isn't especially useful and often loses sync with the web-based app. Additionally, their web app doesn't feel optimized and works fairly slowly with odd hangs, slow visual updates, and UI glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a distributed tool that would allow us to quickly establish estimated completion times for projects that could be compared against actual project completion times. Many of the other tools we evaluated required third-party time tracking integrations, which broke our reporting workflow. We didn't want to lose any of the quick entry functionality we experienced with other tools, so Wrike combined the best of what other companies were offering at a decent price.

Very easy to understand; sharing tasks with others is made very simple.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everyone can see who is tasked to do what.
It allows for full accountability for everyone from management down to entry level employees.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that certain actions such as canceling or marking tasks "finished" can be done by anyone instead of by users that lead the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have two offices that need to constantly be in communication with each other. Wrike allows this to take place all in one space; without constant emails and texting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a large team of more than 5 persons, wrike is definitely a product to consider using. It's a way for everyone to contribute without always having to verbalize; a skill that not all team members may possess. I love this product.

-Ability to create an "agile" board to see what's backlogged, in progress, for review, and completed
-Ability to share files, comment, and share inspiration all in one place without having to send a million emails
-Mobiel app is wonderful and makes accessing projects so easy

-Sometimes it's hard to find tasks and subtasks (they get buried)
-The tables in Wrike should allow a user to add a row between other rows and the same with columns

-We were trying to send less small emails about a project
-We were trying to create a place that is transparent and allows everyone to see the status of everything
-Wrike makes all of us more efficient, especially with the time tracking feature
-We now know how long certain tasks take us
-We can keep track of ideas for years down the road under "backlogged" without having to try to recall them

Wrike is a wonderful tool for teams looking to become more organized and have a better picture of all of the projects in the works. Not only does Wrike serve as a great tool for team members, but is also allows managers to seamlessly oversee everything his or her team is working on. Wrike is a great transparent communication tool that allows for efficient collaboration. Wrike also has a great mobile app that allows you to access updates any time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Wrike gets our whole team on the same page, and we can create group to-do lists on projects. Wrike is also very active in reminding me what I need to get done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes there are so many to-do items on the screen that sometimes I get overwhelmed by how much I have to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solved the problem of team members missing deadlines and taking more of a passive stance on projects.

You should definitely use it! It helps everyone on the team stay on the same page.
An awesome collaborative tool for project managers
What do you like best about the product?
I like how can I organize all the activities required in a project, I can easily do the follow up and estimate with high accuracy the delivery date. I used it a lot to copy the scheme of a project into the next one and quickly modify changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the timeline graphical interface get buggy and I have to refresh the screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repeating projects can be just copy and pasted into new one, just modifying little tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a web app to do project management and need your co-workers of stakeholder to be up to date at every step you must use it.
Major Time Saver in Global Team
What do you like best about the product?
The simple and intuitive UI means that anyone can pickup how to use it, plus wrike integrates with everything, so there is no duplication of work. Wrike makes it possible to organise complex workloads between a half dozen people spread across multiple countries. Best of all it allow us to provide high level insights to executive management with very little effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot, there are a few refinements that could be made at the enterprise end. It would be nice to have more freedom on things like custom project status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike saves us an enormous amount of time. But more importantly, it mitgates the risks of tasking falling off track/not getting done.

Sign up to a basic account and get a feel for it. If you like it get enterprise.
WRIKE! Track easily your projects!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create and see current projects the status of each one. You can easily micromanage with the the sub projects that you can create on each task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly There no feature that I dont like with wrike. What I do need though is a chat feature, or a feature when we can call and collaborate also through screenshare and videocall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having a hard time tracking the total time an employee spend on each task. But with wrike they can easily add the time spent on each task and give more details on what they have done. All problems solved by wrike!

Wrike has most of the functionality that a project management tool should have but the thing i & probably most of the enterprise would like to see is a desktop app & an adins for web browsers.

What do you like best about the product?
Consistent processes and total visibility are hard to achieve in a startup. At a fast-growing startup like Procurify, it was becoming nearly impossible. Employees were overloaded with tasks, there was a lack of clear prioritization and consistency, and teams weren't able to look up and see the big picture on important projects. The team would hold sprints where they group tasks together that could be accomplished in two weeks. Then they would try to measure their progress during that two week time period. However, the lack of visibility across all departments affected their planning and eventually led to missed deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issue tracking by ID is somewhat ambiguous, difficulty to find our issues by specific task number is sometimes not as easy. However, it is very simple to organize the hierarchy and folder structure of our issues, so that isn't so much of a problem once proper structure is established.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tried a lot of different systems and it worked for the development team, but if we required cross-team communication, it was really difficult. We needed a tool that can expose the project progress, the timeline, and the deadlines to other teams in order to achieve effective delivery.

Take the time to learn the proper folder structure needed to set your teams up for success. There are plenty of educational materials on their blog so distribute those throughout the company. It really isn't difficult to implement and made our project management smoother.

Wrike is simple and easy to use. I also love that the mobile experience is seamless.

The only negative thing I can say about Wrike is that the mobile app required the latest IOS version which didn't work on my old iPhone.

Wrike helps us better manage our projects - more specifically those projects that require resources from additional departments like developers, designers and mobile.
