Wrike has improved our group's efficiency and communicaton. We love it!
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is easy to use and it offers great flexibility!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to say what I dislike about Wrike because every time I have an issue or I'm in need of added functionality, the customer service team always pulls through and helps me out quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Wrike mainly to manage our email and print marketing campaigns, both on the marketing and technical side.

Easy to implement, easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to see what my team is working on each day and how all communication is kept in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some color coding on the dashboard to make it easy for me to see different projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finishing our projects faster and on-time due to using Wrike. Our team is able to clearly see what they need to work on each day and they are able to update me without me asking them.
Wrike has been a fit for us
What do you like best about the product?
We love that it works well on browsers, iOS and Android so that everybody on our team stays up to speed. This allows us to use it even for projects that move quickly or involve on-location, physical tasks.
It has good integration with other tools we use like Google Docs, and we find the time tracking, subtasks, and comment system very helpful as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could still use a bit of improvement. It's very functional, but not as intuitive as it could be. The visual paradigms aren't totally clear until you play with it for awhile. You may find it necessary to have an experienced user sit down with each new person and give them a quick walkthrough, especially if they are not computer-savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a creative and editorial team with about 15 members. Our building is spread out with individual offices, and a few members are off-site as well. Wrike has helped us collaborate earlier in the content creation process than we might have otherwise taken the trouble to do It has also helped us track all the stages of content development, editing and review to make sure they stay on target and on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wrike will not manage your projects for you. Like any other tool of this type, you need to make sure you develop whatever buy-in you need from your team and management to make the most of it.

Wrike is flexible to match many different project management styles. The tagging structure is really nice. The email feature is nice. The user tagging is nice.

There are some quirks from time to time, especially with the Wrike app (not the greatest).

We're constantly solving technology problems and managing those projects through wrike. It's increased visibility, collaboration and organization of our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been very impressed with how flexible Wrike is as a tool. From individual daily to do lists to larger scale group project management, Wrike just works. From project to project, it's as social and open or as closed and contained as you need it to be.
The support has been excellent from the minute we started considering Wrike. Every person we've dealt with there has been incredibly friendly and supportive. They know their product and love it too.

What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience is not quite to the same caliber as the desktop client. I've had some issues with getting tasks to pull correctly into the mobile client. It also crashes at times. Overall it needs work, but I am sure this is very top of mind for their team.

Wrike has helped us solve group project management perfectly. You can be a lot more granular with it than you can with other project management tools.

- Permission access is not fine grained enough
- Attachment of large files (Wrike has integration with Dropbox and GDrive but you still need to have your own account on those services, maybe they should partner with a cloud space provider to have Wrike login be enough to attach large files)

Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are really a many project management tools. Before choosing which one you are going to use, I recommend first listing your requirements to rule out the one that don't meet your needs. Then is a matter of personal preference.
I've been using Wrike for 4 month and I so far I'm very satisfied with the feature set and the easy of use.

It completely changed the protocol for assign a task
Wrike has an easy to use, intuitive interface with great collaborative tools!
What do you like best about the product?
Document revision control, and ease of use. I have not had an easier Project Management application then Wrike; from the start this product is easy to use. You can jump right in with out reading a single manual and figure out how to use this product. One of the strong points is the customer service and how often they update the product and listen to feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike, there are a couple new features I would like but Wrike has always been quick to listen to feedback. There could be better micro management of security control, and options like have comments being different, not shared, between tasks in multiples folders would be great. But in the end there is not much to complain about.

Project Management and collaboration was a scattered mess until we started to use Wrike. The ease of use to have multiple collaborators free of charge lets you have as many people as you need comment on tasks for no additional charge!

Go for it, they have a free version; you have nothing to lose!

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration and organization makes it a perfect office organization tool.

The reporting function is lacking. I would like to see this improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is solving our time management and project tracking issues. It helps our office keep track of our assignments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that others take the webinars. It's very helpful to watch and they are free.
Excellent Tool for Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
Before coming to Wrike, I had a "wish list" of items that I wanted in our new system including: one that would allow us to "group" tasks by multiple designations, a live communication feed between members of our team, live updates to tasks when a change is made (without refreshing the browser), the ability to tag tasks and sort by those tags, etc. The list had over 10 items, with the hope of getting at least 75% of them checked off. With Wrike, 100% of my wishlist items were checked off.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have the ability to duplicate tasks, not just folders. Also, the task templates could use some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're an agency that handles many clients with many different services. Due to this, we have a very high number of tasks that get completed on a daily basis, and with our past system, we were beginning to lose tasks due to the sheer mass of them, and lack of organization. With Wrike, we've become more organized and have not had any troubles with sorting through the daily tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It may take some time to figure out just how to configure Wrike for your use, but once you do, the possibilities are wide open! Highly recommended!
