Powerful yet easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of doing so many different things on the same screen. I've used other project management software where you have to load page after page for assigning a minor task. Wrike is very user intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a personal preference; I don't like that it automatically hides a completed task. I'm sure I can change that in the settings but haven't gotten to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management. We all wear multiple hats and Wrike helps us keep everybody, their projects, and time on track. It's so easy to talk with your peers about what you're working on because it's all housed in this system. It allows for better collaboration because you can easily add somebody to your project if they need insight into what you're working on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, I don't think you'll regret it.

Wrike is the best project managemet tool you can get
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is an excellent option when you are managing multiple projects with people who aren't familiar to project management and you want to make them cooperate. With Wrike you can get as deep as you want (for instance you can manage only milestones) .
The fact that it is a 100% cloud solution allows your teams to share information and be informed anytime, anyplace and with any device. The free apps available are quite good.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to copy & paste tasks form one project to the other or within the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage product delivery in a software house with 230 persons.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Wrike if you want to manage multiple projects
Wrike works pretty well for us, although there are definitely some features that would help greatly.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizability of the dashboard and the ability to organize folders in several different ways for different purposes. While this can initially be a bit confusing, it is proving very benificial and efficient saving much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest dislike is the way that sub-tasks of sub-tasks are incredibly difficult to find outside of the activity stream (which can be very time consuming to scroll through) or knowing which task the sub of sub comes from.
My second dislike is that sub of subs can't be assigned dependency.

Having multiple teams with their own independent work flows migrating to one single system for project management is a challenge. With the open way Wrike allows us to organize folders and tasks, we are able to combine all of our different processes together in a way that allows us to work across departments without losing too much of the work flow we have each become accustomed to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is definitely a tool worth checking out. It enables you to create your own work flows and efficiently manage them.
Wrike is invested in making you more productive
What do you like best about the product?
I began using Wrike with my organization when I joined in April. Since then I've both learned to use Wrike's features in ways that fit my needs, as well as observed the Wrike team take a hands-on approach to gathering feedback an adding new features. They have regular Webinars to introduce and train these new features, and excellent blog articles which help you apply existing features to processes. This is especially useful when looking for a new process to replace an old system.
For example, I come from a world of Software QA testing and I knew my team would benefit from a bug tracking system. They were already familiar with managing tasks in Wrike, so rather than introduce a different tool to them, I referred to a Wrike article with tips on creating a "Ticket System" with colored folders to work as 'tags' building more, visible information about a bug into a nice, sortable list. Most recently Wrike unvieled subtasks which is already improving my teams productivity as they transition into a more agile development process.
I highly recommend Wrike for the attention you as a client will receive, as well as the promise of more and more design and feature improvements.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to mastering use of Wrike and the folder system. I've learned to embrace folders, though there are times that I miss having a true 'tag,' or get confused about where a task actually 'lives.' I would recommend that users come to Wrike with an open mind and not try to mold it into something it isn't. Refer to the teams many tutorial videos and blog articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Wrike for project management, QA issue tracking, inventory checklists, client contract tracking, and more. As the guy answering the support inbox, I especially love the ability to forward an email I get from a client straight to the Support Tickets folder. All the attachments come along for the ride and it saves me time getting the issue in Wrike so that the dev team doesn't have to deal with a long email thread and I don't have to rewrite the whole task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, Wrike is worth a try for your organization. I recommend trying it out first with a practice project or for a small strike team just so that you get used to the folder structure. Instead of molding Wrike to look and work like a project management tool you've used in the pass, approach it with an open mind and watch the tutorial videos, webinars, and read the blog articles from the Wrike team. They're very hands on. They're responsive to your questions and feedback on Twitter.
It is a great project management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign tasks to people and then follow up their work. This program is an excellent tool for both the users and administrators, since it shows your tasks in a comprehensible and easy way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot duplicate tasks. We have to do a lot of tasks that are the same, but to different clients, so it would be great to duplicate tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at a law firm where we had problems to know who was responsible for what, since we started to use wrike we no longer face that kind of problems. Nowadays Wrike allows us to assign tasks to each lawyer and also allows us to follow the work being done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have trial periods and if you contact them they can extend your trial period. So you should use this trial period to test out Wrike's functionalities and when you decide to purchase the license you'll already have your workflow stipulated.
The best possible way to Manage your projects
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best of Wrike is that I am able to organize tasks associated to each major project and that team members can see it too!! This makes project managing a whole lot easier. Everyone sees the tasks they are assigned and it quickly helps me identify if we are on track to meet our project deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that not enough organizations are using Wrike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike resolves any confusion on who is assigned what part of the project. By using Wrike EVERYONE on your team sees what they need to do to be able to accomplish the goal. This goes for deadlines as well. It allows a means of communication so that ANY changes in the timeline of your project is quickly reflected in the system for all to see. A HUGE benefit for me is that Wrike emails me when new comments are made or when projects have been submitted so it is a quick and easy way for me to keep the pulse on multiple projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you would like to see everyone on the same page on a project AND the ability to see where your team stands in relation to the project deadline, this is the program you NEED to be using.
The Most Robust Productivity Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike has the ability to do anything you need with regard to managing tasks. I have not found any limitations to its robust feature set as I've used it form more than three years. In addition, I have see many improvements to the platform since I started to use it so any current issues or requests will eventually be resolved by their development team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike's mobile app has come a long way since I first started using it three years ago but it's still not all the way there. Needless to say, there's a lot more functionality on the desktop version but one day I hope to do everything on any device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one issue that has been solved with Wrike is organization. Those who actively use it, lose track of projects less than those who don't actively use it. I believe there are two key purposes of the application; to manage your own projects and to help others on their own. Wrike's Gantt chart view is most helpful to me when reviewing my workload or the workload of those I manage. When collaboration needs to occur, Wrike makes it easy and segments projects into the right areas. The alternative is massive email threads which get littered with irrelevant tangents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gantt charts and sub-tasks are a must! The Gantt chart allows for easy planning for a holistic view of all projects. Sub-tasks are very valuable because it keeps only relevant conversations in the right place.
If you get frustrated with Wrike, stick to it because the problem is not the app; it's between your chair and the keyboard.

Simple yet flexible and feature rich
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy and appreciate the different "Work Views" that are available. Being able to quickly switch between a list of tasks and the resource allotments is so powerful for scheduling tasks with large teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customization allowed for what information shows up in the different views available. For instance, it would be nice to be able to have a "quick view" of important information without having to see everything about a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software was originally purchased to unite our project management, on-boarding, and production teams. It has solved all of the issues we were having with scheduling and visibility into timelines and project status.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really think about how you are going to implement your project management structure within the system. If you allow everyone to do their own thing, it's going to get messy pretty quickly.
Collaboration Gone Wild!!
What do you like best about the product?
Hands down I like the ease of use. It is very easy to use this tool whether you are PMP or a new employee with any company. The output options for information you may need to export outside of the system are just 2 clicks and done. The charts and graphs are flexible enough to appeal to the various types of users you might have in your company. For example, if you have someone that prefers to see a list of action items vs someone that was to see a pie chart. The transtion between these functions are only a couple of clicks away as opposed to closing out and refreshing or worse yet- a complex code of sorts. That is not necessary with Wrike... it is a very user friendly tool that allows not just the people within your company to collaborate and keep track of business plan progression... but also other companies and partners outside of your business can also collaborate with you. All of this while keeping your company specifics visible only to those within your company eco-system. Great Tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly at this time I don't dislike anything about Wrike. What I would like are more options to specific to the exports that I routinely pull. In addition, I could benefit from having the ablity to schedule an export from Wrike... that would be AWESOME.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep all of the marketing deliverables on track. We post meeting notes and .ppt decks to the system from major meetings to avoid emailing large files etc- works like a charm. We have been able to work with other business types to outline our joint business plans etc with team members on different time zones, and companies by using Wrike.
Often times when offsite meetings take place, the sessions are great but then we get back to our respective buildings and site locations and nothig much happens after that... Wrike helps us become and maintain immediate accountability; because we have it open on each laptop and create the folders and tasks items during the meeting in real time. Which has been a true time saver and productivity booster.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jump right in. Absolutlely anthing that you need help with... the Wrike team is right there to help you... I know what you are thinking... who has time for a long support call.... but believe me, Wrike support is fast and effective.
