What do you like best about the product?
I am able to create a very easy-to-follow list of the work that has been completed by the team which helps keep me accountable for collaborative tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grouping some cards on backlog column based on months if that's possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy collaboration with other teams and keeps assignees on track with their responsibilities on projects.

It is very expansive, in that it has a lot of room to add things.

In some ways I find it a bit complicated

It displays our lab processes so that we know who is doing what.

What do you like best about the product?
We are constantly finding new ways to use Wrike. Once team members are introduced, they think of new use cases frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the auto-follow feature on tasks can cause inbox spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike has streamlines our communications. It has reduced email information silos significantly. Automation, custom workflows, and intake forms combine to form a powerful tool for moving work around in very specific ways. BI features provide management with top-down clarity on workloads and department performance.
Efficient & organized tool
What do you like best about the product?
With a lot of projects we can keep a timeline and schedule them accordingly. Conveying the large amount of information to others in the team with the Worksheet is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times some of the projects won't sequence as we would like but have work arounds for that.

Tracking data for projects as they move through production.

What do you like best about the product?
Highly intuitive interface, it has all kinds of tools for project development, it also has constant updates and improvements, I like its artificial intelligence features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of Wrike into our company was quick, however, many of its functions were not known to us, so we had to read the manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us plan our projects, it is the ideal tool to track all tasks, and it also saves us a lot of time detecting errors.
