Wrike offers the flexibility to customize every aspect of a project. This allows the user to make it what they want and customer support will help when the user is not familiar enough with Wrike to make their dream possible.

With so much customizability, it can be overwhelming at first.

Teams tend to prefer different management styles for their project. Wrike allows each team to customize the workflow of their projects.

Wrike has an easy structure to use but you can customize it to your ow needs and it has very strong analytical capacities. It was easy to implement and wrike offers very clear training resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the many possibilities to build, it sometimes requires some tweaking afterwards again to fit all the needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we fully implemented Wrike, a lot of information was scatted on different platforms, which made us loose time to fill some information in on several platforms. In Wrike a lot of the information can be combined in 1 spot which saves us a lot of time (e.g. writing hours, project information, checking availability.

Wrike is completely customizable and can handle the most minutae of details or nuances when it comes to taks and project management. The reporting tools are comprehensive, the automations reduce repetitive tasks, and the request forms make it easier than ever for our clients to get in touch with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike is a sandbox, like Salesforce, and you really need someone on your team who can dedicate their time to learning the platform and setting it up in a way that works for your organization. There's not a one-size-fits-all set up, and there's not supposed to be. The level of customization that Wrike allows for is what makes it the best tool for any organization because any organization can use it.

It's solving for communication issues, project management, and client account profitability.
