Flexible project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Can configure requests / setup to your needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike is quite robust, sometimes it can be difficult finding an asset within the thread if thre are multiple versions. Perhaps having the ability to pin final assets or keep them separate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Very detailed organization
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to track all of your projects, and the subtasks required for each project, in an organized manner that keeps you on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it may be TOO detailed that you could potentially get lost in your subtasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a a project management system that allows us to review ALL team projects, the sub tasks that are required to complete said project, and manage the time spent on each project in a very detailed manner. It also enhances collaborations across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is pretty easy to use and user-friendly as a whole and it's not overtly complex, so it works to get the job done but not much than that. Wrike on browser worked well but the desktop app is slow to load and mobile app isn't super user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Copy and pasting in Wrike doesn't work, and it has created unnecessary manual work for the user due to the fact that one need to type things out instead of copying and pasting from another task. Write also had limited capability to format tables in a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using Wrike to track CRM tasks and collaborated with the design team on project and task progress. Wrike is a simple project management tool that allowed us the basic tracking capabilitity to ensure we are on track with our project.

Wrike has been instrumental in addressing several key challenges faced by our creative team, primarily revolving around project organization, collaboration, and task management. One of the most significant problems Wrike has solved is the ability to keep track of our creative team's work in a centralized and organized manner. Previously, we struggled with scattered project details, multiple communication channels, and difficulty in monitoring progress across various tasks. With Wrike, however, we now have a unified platform where all project-related information, tasks, deadlines, and communications are consolidated. This centralized approach has vastly improved our ability to stay organized, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and aware of their responsibilities. Additionally, Wrike's collaborative features, such as real-time updates, @mentions, and file sharing, have facilitated seamless communication within the team, eliminating silos and fostering a more transparent and collaborative work environment. Nothing. I never tried the app but definitly a desktop app.

Notifications settings are not ideal. Notifications are often delayed or are sent multiple times, requiring more pro-active monitoring by users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike provides a platform that allows several teams and external partners to collaborate on projects and expedite proofing and approval processes. It allows several teams to review and work on the same documents simultaneously. It has decreased the time required for proofing/approvals and provides great version control features.

I like that everything is all in the one place when listing a task and who is responsbile for it. It's good to see the process of tasks completed and reminders of those to do.

Understanding Wrike was hard at the beginning. There was so many steps when listing a task for other people to action.

The videos are helpful to ensure all the benefits are used and lets you know a few tips and tricks along the way.
