What do you like best about the product?
The coding assignment process was seamless. It is very simple and much easier to change setting preferences for the IDE than it is for other platforms like Hackerrank. Hotkeys are available to use just as we would on our local machine. I also very much like the code highlighting scheme.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very similar to other types of coding assessments, including Hackerrank. We are able to make our own test cases, just as in other coding exams. There needs to be additional features to be potentially considered far better than Hackerrank.
I very much prefer to use the nano editor in place of VS Code, VIM, and Emacs because nano is very intuitive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally, I use CodeSignal to complete coding exams, proctored or non-proctored. These coding exams have provided the benefit of giving me practice for how I might optimize my algorithms for future use.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the online assessments support proctoring and General Coding Assessment (GCA) results can be shared with multiple companies. The platform also supports custom assessments. The code editor is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
CodeSignal could provide more feedback to candidates on concepts to study after completing the assessment. CodeSignal also requires candidates to wait 14 days before they can retake the GCA and 180 days for other assessments including the Data Science and Java Specialized Assessments. These cooldowns could be reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving algorithmic coding questions for the General Coding Assessment and other assessments. The platform has helped me move on to the next stages of the interview.

code completing and syntax highlighting are essential to me for writing comfort.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of auto-indentation, non-explanatory compilation errors, etc. such experiences are not suitable for me

I can quickly code and see the result without running a compiler and saving a file.

It has an advanced IDE and a suitable testing mechanism to validate the code you write. It scores the quality of your code with specific metrics. The questions analyze the depth of your knowledge well, without leaving the well-chosen job to chance. I recommend CodeSignal with all these features

I feel really comfortable making the assesment on Code Signal, I get a better experience than using other tools like Hakerrank or Litecode. Questions are clear to understand.

I could not find a easy to change the color of the environment from black to white, which is my preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was required to complete the assessment of the eBay University Recluting. Thanks to the advantages that the tools that the Codepath environment has, I could successfully finish most of the coding questions and finally being called for the final interview.

Quickness in running the test cases, a very easy to understand and the standard layout for interface.

Nothing as such, it was all clear and focus way anyway on the test.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and experience is very smooth. I never felt even once during the interview process that the interface is a hindrance. I was easily able to convert my thought into tangible code and the video in feature to support call + coding interview makes it a one stop solution for the interview process.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I connected through video on the platform, and I turned the video off, the mac showed that my camera was still being accessed. It is a minor fix that when a user clicks on video off, disconnect the camera as well so that it does not feel as if the video is still being accessed with the video being turned off by the user. You can test this out as well. Login to the interview, and then connect the video call. Post that turn off the video using the button; the mac will still show the green light, which represents that video is being accessed,.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used codesignal to build proficiency around the algorithms and database questions. It has been a great journey, the question bank covers most of the concepts, and the idea of gamify the experience makes me come back everyday.

It is a great platform and easy to use. Highly recommend it for upskilling and considering it for the interview process as well.
