Require a lot of core technical questions on the very highly used skills
What do you like best about the product?
HackerRank is quite well accepted by every business within Cognizant as a reliable vendor. We use the HackerRank library of questions for assessments. The automated evaluation with detailed test cases is quite appreciable
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of questions in every core skill is quite low. There are a lot of problem solving questions which can be solved using any programming language. But there are many core technical skills that has very low questions. This has to be improved. Also, a wide variety of topics can be covered instead of very basic ones only being covered.
We require a good number of core technical questions on Core Java, C#, Python, Selenium, PL/SQL. Also most of the questions cover the very highly used concepts like OOPS, Loops etc. But in addition to that, LINQ, Constructors, Application configuration setting, database connection in programming language.
Python is very highly used owing to very high demand for Data scientist role in the IT industry. But there are very very less questions(3) in the basic core skill.
For anyone to practice questions for HackerRank certification, C# is NOT even listed. This is a very big let down where it is there for Java.

Sometimes questions are easily available in Google for candidates
Can not rely on plagiarism check and reject a candidate. As Recruiters, we do have to again check with our engineering team if the candidate really plagiarized the code. For me as a recruiter, it's double work.

Use this platform to assess developer candidates for different roles. Helped to filter the great coders.
Hacker Earth, a versatile platform
What do you like best about the product?
As a Student campus ambassador, I was able to get the Hackerearth platform access which helped me to create online hackathons seamlessly. Obtaining the results is also easy and provides proper ranking for the individual based on its own evaluation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Proctoring is not as good as it's competitors like hackerrank. As we have moved to virtual work life, proctoring should be made more effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hackerearth assessments helped to create online tests and coding competitions which we conducted as an hackathon. Benefits are mainly the ease of understanding every individual who took part and the ranking provided for each one of them.

What do you like best about the product?
I can use the score from the same assessment for different companies removing the need to write a separate evaluation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The score calculation is weird. I feel using the number of test cases executed per question is a better metric for scoring.

Codesignal helps me complete coding assessments when applying for companies.

The UI is very engaging and at the same time not complex and easy to move forward and give tests peacefully.

There could be a search engine inside the product which will search about relevant stuffs like syntax , error , etc.

Solving C++ Data structures and algorithms problems.The tool provides great editor to keep up the pace.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI/UX of the platform the most. It was easy to use and provided clear instructions and insights regarding the tasks needed for the contest. It simply stood out from the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing that I disliked from the platform. CodeSignal has got everything that we expect from a coding test platform. I would love to see the archives if it is possible.

Problems I got solved from CodeSignal were regarding tests for the companies. It has helped immensely in that. I hope to see it growing in further time so that more candidates can have benefits.

During interviews, I would like to have a chat, even if I write in the IDE and the interviewer can see too.

It is a good tool for interviews, that otherwise the would need to send the code by mail or a dedicated platform
Its a great platform. In this platform there is minimal probability of chance of cheating.

It was super easy to use, and every feature was self-explanatory.

Not many things that I disliked. If I had to choose one, the UI was a little bit boring.

I solved coding questions with CodeSignal, and it was super easy to use. Lint based on the language was an excellent feature to have.
