What do you like best about the product?
Autocomplete feature and code coloring was good. Questions were interesting
What do you dislike about the product?
Questions were not picked according to time constraint
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data Structures and Algorithms
Amazing! Easy and Simple to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
It feels like an actual IDE. Sometimes when I take coding assessments, I am given a minimal functionality IDE, which provides very little support. When I used Hackerrank, I felt as if I was intentionally disadvantaged to make the task more difficult. Coding assessments should be about your ability to code in an environment similar to what you would see in the workplace, and that's what CodeSignal is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the code compiled and ran a little bit quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used CodeSignal as an individual applicant
Nice Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform works very well in peer programming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Everything is excellent at CodeSignal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resursive questions and BFS questions.
Simple and easy
What do you like best about the product?
CodeSignal felt familiar from the launch. It works just like most any other IDE out there. Executing code, debugging, logging out results was simple. The stability and ease of collaboration made it stand out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a short 5-minute training on the application that would take place before the interview started. It would make the interviewee feel more comfortable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During my interview process, I was solving conceptual code challenge style problems. The benefits came when the interviewer and I could collaborate on the issue at hand.
Excellent online editor
What do you like best about the product?
I had a wonderful experience in codesignal during my Uber Interview. Automatic suggestions for inbuilt language constructs and packages
What do you dislike about the product?
Should have shortcut for code indentation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic suggestions.
Multiple languages support
Multiple languages support
Very interactive platform, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
My interview went really smoothly, I liked that both the interviewer and I could collaborate in one place, while also having the coding environment feel (as opposed to coding on a Google doc). In addition, I really liked the practice problems and review material that I could go over on the website before my interview.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't dislike anything in particular, but the only thing I wish was included was being able to see what the interviewer and the interviewee are selecting with their mouse on the shared screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CodeSignal is helping me prepare for technical interviews by providing me with excellent and relevant practice problems, as well as reviewing material of specific coding concepts that I may have not seen in a while in my courses at school.
It is a very neat and straight forward experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout of the orginization. It was clear and simple. It wasn't lagging at all. It didn't distrace me from coding. I also liked the colors and the theme.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. I think I would appreciate it if it was easier to navigate between problems once I am in a problem. If I remember correctly I couldn't go back to the previous problem without exiting the problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use CodeSignals as directed by my recruiting companies. I don't gain any financial benefits but I will hopefully land jobs in the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
CodeSignal is straightforward and simple to use
A strong platform to develop your coding challenge skills as a developer
What do you like best about the product?
The company specific challenges are a nice approach to working on coding problems specific to the companies that interest me as a potential employee
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to take one practice test every 24 hours
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My overall ability to approach and solve coding problems. I have become faster at solving understanding problems and implementing a solution
Thank you
What do you like best about the product?
The site has a very high appeal to me. It is very responsive and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I do not like the restrictions on the problems. The time limits SHOULD be more strict so we can know if the solution is optimal or not. Preferably, there could be some configuration options to enable the strict mode and, a way to show the public that the problems are solved in that strict mode enabled :D
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve random problems. I really like the challenges where the solutions are ranked by the number of chars.
I have a bit specific approach to using CodeSignal. I am a big fan of C++ and I try to use CodeSignal to improve my knowledge of STL by seeking STL functions that fit the solution best. That way I use the functions that otherwise I wouldn't in my day-to-day programming.

Great experience for interview tests
What do you like best about the product?
The beautiful interface helps in making the experience more pleasant, and the coding interface is perfect to use, not far from what you usually use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I disliked about the overall experience. It is astonishing how well made the whole structure is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The interview process became much more enjoyable as the results became available instantly for all the stakeholders, and it is easy to use.
