Best platform for preparing for coding interviews and training your brain in the arts of algorithms
What do you like best about the product?
Very good problems that push you to the most important concepts in algorithms and data structures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience is not very good, I would like to work on some problems in those moments when I only have my cellphone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interview Practice, Arcade, and daily codefights. I have obtained a job as Software Engineer in a very good company in MX city.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is a complete package for any type of competitive coder.

The certification test is not available for indian colleges like VIT vellore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think my coding speed is slow before and now i realized that its improved.

Excellent platform for learning a programmig language
What do you like best about the product?
The best of this platform is the way I want to improve every day how are you doing in programming. It is amazing how fast I can learn a programming language using the practice challengers and the practice problems. The problems are in a good level for beginners, and there are problems with a medium and hard level for me to try. It is amazing how my ego can be disturbed. Now I am more humble.
Code editor is great, test are enough, and the idea of badges is nice. XP points are great, the possibility to compare code with other mates are very important, and the idea of coins is helpful,...everything made me abandon similar platforms in order to concentrate in codesignal method. I am very impressed all the stuff I learning in only two months since the I sign up to the platform. Thank you!.

What do you dislike about the product?
Buy some test require a lot of codesignal coins. I agree a test should be expensive, but I think is a lot.
On the other side, review a solution is very cheap, and I do not agree. Review a solution from others should be more expensive that only 200 coins. I think daily challengers should be more every day: 2 are ok.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on all problems. That is doing I am a very old programmer trying to learn new paradigms. I am working on all the arcades. My idea is to empower my brain and skills with new languages.
In some places people maintain an active brain using bridge cards. I use programming challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the code signal is the way the problems are sorted in different classes. You can just go with the flow keep solving the questions from top to bottom. These problems also help clear your understanding about mathematical aptitude

The frequent tournament is a very good idea to keep practicing a variety of questions but most of the time questions are repeated in these.

I am not a computer science student, so I had to start coding from scratch and code signal proved to be the best. Initially, I took a lot of time to solve basic questions and gained pace while solving more complex problems later on. I was able to gain good knowledge to learn concepts of coding.

If you are looking for a good platform to learn and test coding skills, CodeSignal is perfect. I definitely recommend to all to give it a chance!
Great platform where you can practice for big companies
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is so comfortable in Code Signal. The tournaments part which made me to use codesignal for practice. It also giving the best problems for attending the interviews. I like the design which encourages me to undertake various challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Questions in tournaments will get repeated and make a little bit boring to solve the same questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am undergoing my Bachelor of technology in computer science, My interest of solving problems and for placements are fulfilled through CodeSignal.

Practice the problems for few days, you will definitely come back every day. Tournaments are the best thing in CodeSignal.

Codesignal will help you sharpen your programming skills with tough algorithmic questions. The easiest to use interface with problems that can challenge programmers of all levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video content is not readily available on the website, instead is on facebook and youtube.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arcade and challenges, it has helped me a lot with making more efficient algorithms and cleaner syntax.
Indispensable for technical hiring
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see someone's true technical ability without having to rely on their resume has been eye opening. Before using CodeSignal, we would reject more than 97% of all of our applicants based on their resume. Now everyone goes through a CodeSignal certification and we've been able to find amazing team members who wouldn't ever get the interview in our old flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The certifications product doesn't apply to non-technical roles even though we've used their testing product for some less technical roles as we could customize the questions there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling our hiring process, finding great talent without relying on resumes, saving engineering and recruiting time wasted on unqualified candidates and boosting our diversity initiatives.

The Coding Score is very unique and highly accurate. They use a standardized assessment framework to generate this score and we found it to be highly correlated to interview as well as job performance.
I was initially skeptical about having a standardized assessment and score but the level of research that they've put into this has proved to be indispensable.

I can't wait until there is even more industry adoption of their standardized assessments since then more people would apply to us already having taken them so we can instantly see their Coding Report.

Codesignal provides one of the best browser IDE experiences I've ever seen. the selection of languages you can use to do what you came here to do is honestly amazing, to think they have gone all the way towards making compilers and editor customizations to support is just amazing.
You can find some of the finest algorithmic questions here to tackle your knowledge level on computer science, you can also select a path and go toward a single player-ish experience, solve CS questions and move to the next stage. And along the path, learn about what other's have done and how you could do better.
The coder-vs-coder experience is also something to notice and it's really really fun!

The browser-based IDE can still be improved, and JVM based programming languages take longer than expected to compile (Scala and Java).

I've used codesignal first and foremost to improve myself and my programming skills. Also to learn new languages and get to know other more experienced programmers solutions to different problems.
Secondly, I've adopted ideas from CodeSignal challenges, and have designed many technical interview questions based on them. It's an invaluable source since you can first solve problems yourself, then look at other people's solutions, and also look at forums and figure out issues different people have with different technical challenges, it's incredibly valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly UI. Questions are straight forward and the IDE is perfect for beginners up to advanced programmers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would prefer more questions added to the assessment database. I have taken the test three times and it seems that there are only two or three exams they cycle through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use CodeSignal for daily coding practice as well as enhancing my technical knowledge.
