Essential time tracking for freelancers, with advanced analytics available in the paid version
What do you like best about the product?
Time management is a perennial challenge for freelancers and professionals alike, and "Time Camp" steps in as a versatile solution. Its free plan lays a solid foundation by enabling users to meticulously define their projects and tasks, providing a structured framework for time tracking. This basic functionality is invaluable in itself, offering a means to monitor and record the time invested in various endeavors.
However, where "Time Camp" truly shines is in its paid version, where users gain access to a suite of advanced analytical tools. While it's understandable that these features come with a price tag, their potential impact on productivity and project planning cannot be overstated. The ability to delve into detailed analyses of time usage across different projects and tasks empowers users to identify inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and make informed decisions about resource allocation.
As a freelancer, I've found "Time Camp" to be an indispensable ally in my quest for better time management. By accurately tracking and categorizing my time spent on each project and its individual tasks, I've been able to gain valuable insights into my working patterns and productivity levels. Armed with this data, I can make more informed decisions about project timelines, accurately estimate future workloads, and ultimately deliver better results to my clients.
In summary, "Time Camp" offers a comprehensive solution for time management and task recording, with its free plan providing essential features for organizing and tracking work, while the paid version unlocks advanced analytics crucial for optimizing productivity and project planning. For freelancers seeking to gain a realistic view of their time usage and enhance their efficiency, "Time Camp" proves to be an indispensable tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
While "Time Camp" offers valuable time tracking features, its limitation lies in the fact that all advanced analytical capabilities are reserved for the paid version, which may not be financially feasible for freelancers. As someone navigating the challenges of self-employment, the inability to access these essential tools without additional cost presents a significant drawback. While the free plan provides a basic framework for task organization and time recording, the absence of advanced analytics restricts freelancers from fully optimizing their productivity and project planning processes. This disparity in features can be frustrating for users who rely on accurate data to manage their time effectively and may prompt them to seek more affordable alternatives that offer comprehensive functionality without the need for hefty investments.

Great app for tracking a business operation time, labor, and project costs.
What do you like best about the product?
Great app for tracking a remote team such as working from home. It can be synchronized with apps such as Asana. It can calculate labor and project costs. Very easy to use. You can continue using the app with the available mobile app. There is an essential desktop app that reports the software and files used during the reported time, which is very important for the managers and directors to make business decisions and increase our teams' capability and availability. Great automatic reports. Great Customer Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Some small things can be improved such as selecting the task from Asana with a bigger pop-up screen (from its webpage).
- Make a redo button available for a longer period if a task is deleted (it only appears a few seconds after deleting a task).
- All tasks should be available in the selection tasks even if the task from Asana has been closed (the bullet selection button could show archived tasks and open tasks).
- Historical data is available for the TimeCamp team's active users, guests, and ex-employees who are not active.
- Automatic reports to me custom-made by the manager with the desired information. These automatic reports can also be generated at the desired frequency.
- Improve the usage of TimeCamp mobile when there's no internet connection available and want to use third-party apps such as Asana (be able to download the Asana task list to be available offline for example).

None. I utilize it to track my daily activities.
Organized with everything I need
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't have to think a lot about noting times, and what work I did for a certain client because it's already noted, it keeps track of everything that you enter and use whenever the app is open, so even if you forgot to start the timer, you can easily know when you started, and every client is organized in a project and small tasks

Solo user in engineering
What do you like best about the product?
The Windows app registers what I do, like a tracker, so I can have some help if I forgot starting a timer on a task.
But the notion integrations and Windows/iOS apps are there, so forgetting is not so frequent.

What do you dislike about the product?
The different Windows and mobile apps take too much time to sync.
I'd also like to color code and start tasks more easily like in the Windows store Workinghours app I was using before.
