Very pleased with Time Camp for our small business
What do you like best about the product?
Love that all entries can be made online, which is easy for our team. I also love how easy it is to run reports for all our projects and see how many hours were spent on each phase of our projects. Time Camp makes our billing and estimating process so uncomplicated and intuitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of a downside. Everything we'd want in a time-tracking software is available in TimeCamp, and is easy and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timecamp allows us to track time spent on each phase of a project and bill/invoice accordingly, as well as run reports of time for estimating future project proposals.
Couldn't work without it!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy and intuitive. Doesn't take long to get the hang of the platform. I use it DAILY to track time for various clients. Customer support is almost instant. The features are easy to learn and incorporate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides to Timecamp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would have to do this manually and that would take time and likely mistakes. IT also looks less professional
TimeCamp is an excellent tool

Timecamp is a 10/10
What do you like best about the product?
Timecamp has been super helpful in making sure my hours are reported to my company. Creating projects and keeping organized has never been easier. The summary reports and being able to download them at the end of each month save me so much time from having to create a spreadsheet. Timecamp is a necessary tool when working from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I knew how to use some of the other things on Timecamp: more on the analyze tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a hard time tracking my time on projects and Timecamp does a great job at having the ability to separate tasks under each project to label what it is that I have actually worked on.
A simple, easy to use time tracker.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. You can create project categories and only use your predefined ones without needs to type anything. Even if you want to specify anything, you can write note. The best thing for me is report of your hours divided in every project you started. Interface is very intuitive almost without any learning curve. I am using it almost for 5 years and never had any major problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a bug when your timer doesnt stop even when you clicked stop button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It tracks how much time we spend on clients task. And it helps to accurately calculate how much we need to invoice for work.
I'm grateful to have found TimeCamp and the ability to clock my work whenever I work from home.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that it is very easy to use and understand. Also, it has helped my boss keep track of my hours honestly and I love that I can just continue to press play and pause whenever I'm working/need a quick break. I use it for two different remote jobs and it's been awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There truly is not much I dislike about TimeCamp. I've had no issues with it, it has worked in every way I have needed it to work so truthfully I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to solve exactly how much time I am spending on each job I am doing.
An easy and robust tool to keep track of your job (and studies)
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and provides very good project-level visibility. After creating an account, you simply create projects and nest tasks within them, and you can start tracking the time spent on each one.
I use it for repetitive tasks (that I want to streamline), for tasks I'm looking to automate (to measure the impact of automation), and for personal matters such as logging the hours I dedicate to studying each subject.
Although I haven't used them, I consider the dashboard and billing rates features very useful for tasks requiring charging by time (such as consultancy or legal services).

What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer to use the web app because the Windows app sometimes replicates a task (not always, but it could happen).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TimeCamp is helping me understand which areas require more time from the tasks and projects I undertake, so I can identify which ones could be delegated or even automated (thus being able to quantify the gains from that automation as well).
An absolute time saver for keeping track of time
What do you like best about the product?
I've found TimeCamp's ability to automatically track to particular projects based on keywords found in application window titles, browser URLs etc. completely and utterly invaluable. After some initial setup it's taken all the work out of time tracking entirely. All I have to do is check back at the end of the month, gather the per-project summary of the total hours I've spent on each client, and job done. Admittedly my use case might not be the most complicated, as I only need to monitor monthly hours, and on an overall client basis rather than per individual product, but I could hardly be happier with how little effort this takes me now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using TimeCamp on a daily basis, I could only pick at small issues. It struggles a little with being set up on multiple devices - e.g. I'm sometimes working simultaneously on two different comparative codebases on a PC and a laptop. Both need TimeCamp installed (since a lot of the time I'll only be using one device), but it gets confused and shows synchronisation errors if both devices are trying to update timings. This doesn't seem to have any practical issue for my particular use case, but maybe it would if I had to delve into specifics more than I have to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to charge clients per hour on a monthly basis. I no longer need to track anything - it's all automatic. All I need to is check once a month and get my totals. It's been a game changer for me.
TimeCamp is Great for Tracking Time
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can track time for multiple clients, projects and tasks allows me to get very detailed in what I am doing, when I am doing it and for how long.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I am only using the free version, I don't have integration into my invoicing software - but the weekly reports have made my data input into my invoicing software easier. The app on my phone is sometimes difficult when I need to set an earlier start to my timer - it wasn't intuitive to me, but I did eventually get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an easy way to track my time - especially since it allows me to easily switch between clients, projects and tasks. It is by far the best program I've found for my needs.
