I found the initial setup of Grammarly a bit difficult. The corrections it suggested at first were quite technical, which made the learning curve steeper for me. It took some time to understand how to effectively use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is excellent at catching a vast array of errors, it's not infallible and can sometimes flag correct grammar as an error, especially with more complex sentence structures, idiomatic expressions, or very specific stylistic choices. This means users still need to apply their own judgment.

Occasional issues with the login process where I get logged out unexpectedly, which seems to be a random server issue. It disrupts my workflow and can potentially happen at any time, which is frustrating.

The ease and the efficiency by which it helps me to correct the mistakes that I have made while writing my mails. It catches every single kind of error - grammar, spelling, punctuation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seriously, there is no improvement needed and nothing to dislike at this point of time.

Often when I write in a flow, I make mistakes that are related to sentence formation, punctuation, spelling and grammar. Grammarly comes very handy in terms of highlighting and rectifying those mistakes. This not only ensures my writing is error-free but also helps me to make my writing better next time by understanding the recommendation and the sentence formation by injecting a lot of AI behind this.
