What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for work, and it helps me sound more professional and be more concise, which helps in getting the point across better. Once I set my preferences, it helps me keep a cohesive tone through all communication. What I like most is that it gives suggestions for the whole sentence, not just for misspellings. Also, the initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It recommends the wrong things. It doesn't understand sometimes when last names are being used. Also, it's expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me sound more professional, be concise, and maintain a cohesive tone in communication. I appreciate its ability to give suggestions on whole sentences, not just on misspellings.

How quickly it can determine spelling errors, grammar, tenses, and tones.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be repetitive and competes with Claire editing.

Adding the AI detector tool has been helpful in citing proper sources or rewording points.

I find the UI could be better because it's hard to find Grammarly on desktop. The layout could be clearer so I can easily find what I need.

How it polishes and refines my messages, keeping them professional and accurate. Extremely easy to use and implement throughout the business. We use it daily, with every note and message that is typed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any downsides, maybe not being able to completely control where the pop-up floating widget is.

It keeps our messaging precise, accurate, and professional. It solves incorrect grammar and spelling. It saves time overall and benefits our business in various ways.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly integrates within various applications. It saves me time because I don't need to cut and paste to use it with the app. For example, if I'm in Gmail, Grammarly just works within the current app settings. I also find the initial setup quite straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, actually, in Gmail, sometimes it doesn't seem to work, and you try to get it to work. It can't get it to work sometimes, which is a bit frustrating. But, in other apps, like Word, it does work fine.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is easy to use and doesn't take up many resources. I can use it on my phone and laptop, which is really convenient for composing messages. It integrates seamlessly with all the tools I use, like Microsoft Teams, Office, Outlook, and Gmail, making it always available when I need it to help me reword things or change my tone depending on the audience. It's very easy to set up with minimal instructions, and its lightweight nature makes it excellent. I find it cost-effective, and overall, it does a pretty good job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't actually run into many issues with Grammarly. Every once in a while, it wants to change the wording of a technical document, which is a bit of an issue, but I just, you know, go and manually make the changes back to what I need to make them. If it understood technical processes and technical documents better, that would be great. But that's a minor nuisance for the benefit I get from it overall.

Grammarly ensures my tone remains neutral and prevents aggressive language. It corrects grammar and eliminates punctuation mistakes, avoiding serious errors.

What do you like best about the product?
Love being checked immediately and it always comes up with creative ideas - different wording. For the very most part it is very good and a very important tool. Very simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times I DO not want to use it - like when I am writing notes shorthand its a pain. There are times the suggestions change the meaning to the opposite of what I was trying to say

I use Grammarly for general writing support and proofreading. It catches all of my mistakes and helps me ensure I'm writing for clarity. It's accessible everywhere on all of my work and personal devices, so no matter if I'm at work, at home, or on my phone, Grammarly is readily available. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the experience on a device could be a little more seamless as the keyboard doesn't have great AutoCorrect and it's not as easy to type on. It just does not work as well as the standard iPhone keyboard in terms of general typing.
