It's like having a editor in your computer
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and makes helps makes solid corrections. I do not like to have AI write for me. I like stuff to be my original words, Grammarly assures that is grammatically correct. This is important since I have Dyslexia and can miss words or not put words in the right order. It is hard for me to see mistakes I make.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I do not like a suggestion and even though you ask it to forget it, it will keep suggesting it. Sometimes the synonyms aren't a good translation to what I am trying to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure what we write sounds and looks good.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me with my grammar and also rephrases words to make my sentence clearer. Also, Grammarly shows you the tone that you express through your sentences and paragraphs. I integrate the extension into my browser so it helps through all the documents I go through. I use this on a daily basis to help with anything I run through. It's easy to implement and integrate well with all types of applications. All you need to do is download and sign in to your account. Customer support also helps through their chat if you have any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are no errors in my sentences, but it still pops up and keeps changing the verbiage back and forth to emphasize the tone, but that's up to the user to select what they want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes when I get caught up in my thoughts and cannot clearly put my thoughts out, Grammarly helps clean up my verbiage to make the sentence more direct. Also, when I am going through auditing documents, grammarly help me proofread items I may of bypass by highlighting what I need to look at and change.

It is full of good suggestions to make my text clearer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much actually, except that I can't control where it lands on the page.
It can be quite intrusive when I write, which is why it trips me up. It is quick to point out corrections, but then it stubbornly stays in place and I can't make my own changes.

It is great for grammatical construct, but it wants to change my sentences into a style that does not reflect my own writing, so in many cases I dismiss the recommendations.

I like that Grammarly provides amazing suggestions when writing and sending letters.

Sometimes the software tries to anticipate your actions or what you are trying to write.

The software works well in identifying typos and rewording.
I can get ideas and later have grammarly corre t any typos or improve ot accordingly

It takes time for Grammarly to learn new words that are commonly used in my writing.

Helps with proofreading research articles, ensuring proper presentation of information, spelling, and punctuation. Helping with ensuring clarity in writing.

I appreciate being able to use it while I'm typing it is so much easier than ChatGPT because it is connected to my keyboard.

Sometimes I have to reconnect it to safari on my computer.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me to avoid common writing mistakes and helps to improve the quality and consistency of my messages. As a matter of fact, Grammarly made three suggestions in this statement!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I have to reload the Chrome extension, but that's not a deal breaker for me.

Grammarly helps to reduce oversight errors and improves the overall quality of my writing.
Extremely Useful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can send emails confidently, knowing that my grammar and punctuation are correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I accept a change, it scrambles the text instead of making the change for me, which makes the process of reviewing and sending an email more difficult. I also don't like how it will sometimes make a suggestion that I accept, and then it immediately suggests another change to the exact text I just edited, OR sometimes it even suggests changing it back to what I started with. It can be a bit of an endless loop.

It helps me send emails quickly with confidence.
