Useful Tool with Some Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Grammarly for checking emails and Word documents. I find it useful because it highlights incorrect usage and makes suggestions, which helps me with grammar. The initial setup was easy for personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the correction is glitchy or the display does not display correctly. It's hard to click to see corrections, and these display issues happen every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps with grammar in school and work, especially in checking emails and Word documents by highlighting errors and making suggestions.
Perfect Tool for Professional Emails
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly for its ability to correct punctuation errors and occasionally help me rephrase sentences, which makes me sound more professional in my emails. I find it particularly useful when working with Google Documents, and the initial setup was very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me peace of mind when I’m communicating with clients and on social media platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately the keyboard has not been integrating with my iPhone as well as it used to. Sometimes it sounds too formal and not how I would normally communicate. I wish I had a bit of an AI function and the regard so that it can learn my brand language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me correct? Any grammatical errors and I also really enjoy the tone feature to make sure I am presenting the way I intend.

Seamless Integration but Needs UI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is built in and integrated into all of my writing, so I don't have to do a separate scan to check for things to make sure they're good. It's convenient because whatever I'm doing, it highlights if there are issues that need to be corrected and gives me options. It allows me to go quickly without worrying about mistakes because if I make one, it will be solved. The initial setup was extremely easy, which was not a problem at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yeah. There's sometimes that I app but when I'm on certain platforms like Canva because the little pop up will get in the way of functionality on the other programs. So Canva is probably the biggest one where I absolutely end up having to trade off because the yeah. I can't do what I need to do for graphic design because all of the Grammarly pop ups are in the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly for blogs and emails to ensure everything sounds professional and grammatically correct. It helps me quickly correct mistakes as it’s built-in, highlighting issues and giving options. I appreciate its integration, making my writing process more convenient.

I've been using Grammarly for years now. It's excellent and really improves my writing.

It's a bit too expensive in my opinion - I wish it was cheaper, like some of the alternatives.

There are times when it tries to “formalize” text that I want to keep casual. Every now and then, the interface feels slightly slow when reviewing longer documents, but nothing that stops me from using it daily.
