What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly is how easy it makes improving my writing. It catches small mistakes I might miss and gives clear suggestions to make my emails and reports sound more polished. I also like that it helps with tone, so my messages come across the way I intend them to. It was very easy to download and begin using on my desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then, Grammarly overcorrects or suggests changes that don’t fit my writing style. It’s not a big deal, but I have to double-check to make sure it doesn’t make things sound too stiff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It fixes all the little things I tend to miss — typos, extra commas, weird sentence flow. It’s nice knowing I can rely on it to clean things up so my writing looks polished without me having to spend forever editing.

What I like best about Grammarly is that it’s very simple to use and fits perfectly into my daily work. I work as a gynecologist and also write health related blogs and articles, so I do a lot of writing every day. Grammarly helps me make my reports, patient messages, and online content clear, professional, and easy to read. It quickly corrects grammar, spelling, and tone mistakes, which saves me time when I’m busy with patients or writing articles.
I also like how easy it was to set up. I didn’t need any help or training , it worked right away with my browser, email, and Word documents. That made the implementation part very smooth and stress free. Now I use it several times a day without even thinking about it.
The tone suggestions are also very helpful. They make my writing sound polite and empathetic, which is important when I’m communicating with patients or writing about sensitive health topics.

I stay careful not to include any patient details because of privacy concerns. Sometimes it also takes a little longer to load when working on big documents, but that’s rare. Overall, these are small issues compared to the help it provides every day.
