Dynamic and Effective, But Could Improve on Integration and Pricing
What do you like best about the product?
I find Grammarly to be very dynamic, and its response is pretty quick. When I compose an email, I appreciate not having to wait long for feedback. Grammarly quickly pops up suggestions, offering better word choices instead of ones I might have used. This responsiveness and availability of better options make using Grammarly a smooth experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription fees are more. I would suggest there should be more offline options and collaboration with different Microsoft products and other tools like Adobe, so Grammarly works as an inbuilt tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps fix grammar mistakes and punctuation in emails, offering better word options quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is helping me to edit my emails like an assistant, even when AI was not in the field. The quality of my writing has considerably improved in terms of spelling and grammar. My emails sound more professional now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their business plans are too costly for something that can be done by ChatGPT or other AI tools for free. Over-dependency on this product is risky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CSM, I need to write emails and prepare SOWs, etc., for clients that need a consistent tone and quality. Grammarly helps me with this kind of drafting, even for non-English speakers.

Essential AI-Powered Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly helps cut down on the time it takes to edit and proofread documents easily. I appreciate that it also helps me adjust my writing to improve it using an AI tool. The AI tool is the best I've used for improving content writing. Setting up Grammarly was super easy, and I was able to download it onto my desktop and use it inside Word without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way they layout the document section could be better organized if they had categorization.

Grammarly cuts down on editing and proofreading time and helps improve my writing using AI.
Effortlessly Professional Writing with Easy Accessibility
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for texting and it helps me write professionally when I don't know the correct words or want to phrase something differently. I really appreciate the easy access and how very easy it is to use. It's also convenient because I can just switch over to Grammarly on my keyboard, which is super helpful when I'm on my phone a lot, especially when communicating with my boss. The initial setup was very easy, and overall, I'd rate my likelihood to recommend Grammarly as a 10.

Easy to Use, Enhances Writing Flow
What do you like best about the product?
I just love how easy Grammarly is to use. It's very user-friendly. The learning curve on Grammarly is very low, making it great for a plethora of different people to use for a plethora of different things. I find it very effective in taking my work, kind of reading it, and helping out with grammar errors or spelling mistakes. It's also really good at recommending new sentence formats and just making my writings flow a little bit smoother. The initial setup was very easy; you just have to log in with an email. They also provide a free version to use, which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly could probably improve its restructuring or what they recommend for new sentence structures. I've found that other programs like ConvertKit work a little bit better at making the text flow a little bit smoother sometimes. But, it'll suffice for sure.

Grammarly helps me with grammar errors, spelling mistakes, and suggests new sentence formats, making my writing smoother.

I use Grammarly mostly as a proofreader for emails and reports, and I also use it to generate content. It provides alternative wording, helps me be more concise and clear, and ensures my points get across well. I really like how it integrates directly into the applications I'm using, as it embeds easily and has a clear pop-up for assistance. This seamless integration means I don't need to open another application, which makes it less disruptive to my work. It's helpful that Grammarly is right there integrated with all my typing, reminding me when I might need to reword something or double-check without me having to remember. Using Grammarly helps me sound smart without making it obvious that I'm getting help from AI. The initial setup was pretty seamless; I just logged in and answered some questions about functionality and access.

Sometimes, it can be annoying to add acronyms to the dictionary. I use a lot of acronyms in my work. It doesn't mean I am misspelling, just that I don't want to write out everything when there is a shorter way to say it.
