What do you like best about the product?
Works seamlessly across browsers, desktops, email, Slack, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly every day to help write everything from Slack messages to marketing emails. I encourage my team to use it as well to ensure a consistent brand voice across all of our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the little Grammarly icon on the side and bottom of other applications gets in the way of what I'm doing, and I need to move it around the screen as I'm working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with grammar, spelling, and punctuation. I don't have to worry about typos. Helps my writing sound more professional and polished.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly's easy setup process, making it simple to create an account. The feature to fix grammatical errors with multiple options is superb. I appreciate how it improves my writing proficiency with its settings for fluency, shortening, and even AI detection. The program profoundly assists in enhancing my writing skills, ensuring my writing assignments are precise. I've been a loyal user for three years and continue to renew my membership because of these valuable features. Grammarly has lived up to its design purpose, expertly addressing grammatical errors.

I use Grammarly to enhance my writing proficiency, correcting grammatical errors and offering multiple correction choices, which improves my writing for college and personal emails.

I need to sign in to my account when I use it with Microsoft Word, as it often won't remember my previous sign-in.

Sometimes it does not allow to put verbs in a passive voice or suggests to change the word structure.

Confidence in Communication
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly assures me that my intended message is conveyed accurately and with a proper tone. It helps me expand my vocabulary as well. I am not a native English speaker, so it is a great support when it comes to my grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
All in all, an excellent tool for someone who wants to improve their professionalism in their written communications.

What do you dislike about the product?
When reviewing documents in Word, for example, there is a list of recommendations. When I click on the error/recommendation, it doesn't immediately take me to the item or highlight it.
My current workaround is to click item #2, then go back to #1 to see the error/recommendation.
Still a minimal issue compared to all the benefits.

Essential tool for English correspondence and content
What do you like best about the product?
I work in Marketing and write a lot of emails and texts in English. I've used Grammarly for years, and I still use it daily; my written English has improved considerably. It helps me to correct minor mistakes immediately and rephrase some passages of text while writing. It's easy to install and use, and it's integrated into many daily applications, such as Outlook and Word. And it works on your mobile device too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it first somehow pricy but it includes now a lot of AI additional functionalities so that the price is justified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write a lot of content and website texts. We cannot run the risk of errors being contained therein. Grammarly helps me to review and enhance all our English content.

Pop-up icon can block the access and view in some cases but can be adjusted

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a professional tax and compliance consultant for over 50 years, and my extensive reading of laws and regulations has negatively affected my writing. I tend to write like the regulations I constantly study. Grammarly changes much of my original writing, making it more engaging and easier for my typical target reader to understand. I use Grammarly in all of my writing, including casual emails. It is very easy to use and constructive. This has been invaluable because it has helped me grow my client base. Grammarly made four improvements to this paragraph!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly misinterprets what I'm trying to say and makes inappropriate changes. You should review its suggestions instead of just accepting them. This isn't a criticism, just a heads-up to other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I provide information that is important for the reader to understand, along with recommendations for them to follow. To be effective and increase my value to my readers, they must easily grasp what I am writing and suggesting. Grammarly is essential in helping me achieve these goals.
